Italian Serie A - 2019-20

Last time a team scored over 100 goals in Serie A was in 1951. Atalanta are on pace to get 107 and they'll finish 4th at best

So they couldn't play sunday with fans but playing monday was ok? Why?
Because this country is a joke

Edit: more info if you want: there's been an order in the regions hit by the coronavirus to avoid public gatherings. Schools closed, lots of workplaces that could afford to closed, people working from home, restaurants closed, museums, etc. The order was until today, so tomorrow there is no issue allowing people in the stadiums

Ronaldo talking with Dybala: midfielders don’t give us enough support, we’re by ourselves. Dybala: “They never give us the ball.” Ronaldo: “No, the second ball never.”

Ronaldo talking to the midfield as well
Translation:
If you miss one, you'll get more.
Juan (cuadrado), you have to go more towards the goal.
Miralem (Pjanic), faster
To Dybala: We made a couple of moves, but we wasted it. The midfield don't support us enough... We're alone...

This was from the Lyon game

Atalanta are by far the best team to watch in Serie A and one of the best in Europe.

Hasnt the government just extended all the control measures for another week? Theyve definitely kept all public places closed.

"Forza Dio cane forza"

Was Verona's game tonight postponed, too? It's still listed on the tv guide here in England, and says it's on now when I scroll through the sports channels (though I don't have the channel it's on)

Yup it was postponed as I believe Sampdoria did not want to play behind close doors while their rivals (Udinese etc.) Got to have their games rescheduled on Sunday.

About time he started getting some recognition

He's gotten plenty of recognition in Italy since two seasons ago. Although for some reason he still gets kinda overshadowed by milinkovic-savic despite being clearly lazio's best player(just won potm for February, second award this season)

Players Union(AIC) demands the season be suspended. The minister of sport is demanding the season be suspended

Parma-SPAL was delayed by over an hour as a council was deciding whether to play or not. Teams played today not knowing whether they would play or not until about an hour before kick off

We have officially descended into farce. Tuesday a new council will convene and it looks likely the season will be stopped

Meanwhile, second player positive to the virus in serie C(league 1 equivalent)

Yeah can't really see how it can continue in Italy past this weekend. A shame as most interesting season for a while at the top.

Interesting Dybala is benched again.

This is like watching a friendly, or any game at Livingston.
