Rashford has proved in more than one game, that he is not really smart footballing wise.
Who said he hasn’t?
But if your way to "protect" Rashford is to call out posters not because they are mean to the the player, but because they are not - according to you - equally mean to other players, it's just weird. And I think no one in this forum rates McT, while people somehow still rate Rashford, even if it is clear that he is just an overpaid player with questionable attitude.
So I am
protecting Rashford having labelled him ‘crap’ in a previous post in this thread? For someone calling Rasford ‘dumb’ that’s one dumb take.
I agree it would be weird to say all players should be criticised
equally, it would be weird because it’s not what I said. Did I say, A) Criticise all players
equally, or did I, B) Highlight other players
I believe have similar histories of mental lapses. They’re 2 very different things & what you’re attempting to do is either disingenuous or a lack of simple comprehension. Do better.
while people somehow still rate Rashford, even if it is clear that he is just an overpaid player with questionable attitude.
I’ll refer you again to a post in this exact thread where I use the word ‘crap’ to describe Rashford.
Who is a worse decisionmaker than Rashford currently going under the radar?
I’d say the midfielder who started 28 games to Rashford’s 13 last season & literally positions himself behind opposition players so he can’t receive passes, or the Left Back that’s been at the club for 8 years, had a few good months under LvG & a season under OgS who Ten Hag had to shout at on Sunday to run as he jogged to a ball whilst being chased down by an opposition player, something he hasn’t addressed for those 8 seasons but maybe that’s just me.
The criticism seems to really be triggering you but whataboutism isn't going to make it any less untrue.
Enter the internet cliches.
Funny you mention being
triggered whilst you prolong a discussion based on 2 sentences from over a day ago. 2 sentences that don’t actually bear any relevance to what you’re on about now.
As for
whataboutism, the post you quoted consists of 2 of his club colleagues that I’d start with. You really should know what buzzwords mean before throwing them into your posts.
At best those other players are also dumb decisionmakers as is Rashford.
‘At best’ when Shaw’s been making similar defensive mistakes for nearly a decade. How’s it go, ‘
whataboutism isn't going to make it any less untrue’.
What makes Rashford's really stand out is he has the physical attribute and talent to not be gash in possession.
What does this have to do with a 2 sentence post made yesterday about him being labelled ‘dumb’ in the immediacy of a missed chance?
There are certain "tones" as to why some players get labeled dumb and others don't.
Careful Rashy. The mob won’t like this.
