'Inconsistent Ruud' - yep 55 odd goals in 60odd games....very inconsistent </strong>

Most people here had agreed that Ruud's form was below standard in the first two months of the season, especially in the league (he didn't score his first goal from open play until Sep28 against Charlton, which was our 8th league game of the season). But then during mid Oct to mid Dec he was brilliant. Generally speaking he had about two months below standard and two months above standard this season, a bit less consistent if comparing to last season.
However it didn't mean I don't rate him highly. Now he is already one of the top striker in the world along with Henry, Owen, and a couple of other strikers outside England. He is only 25 and I think he still has plenty of potential to become even better. If he can continue to improve his overall game, he will become a legend of us in the future, and I truly hope that will happen.
