But if I had to choose it would be either Everton for obvious reasons or Tottenham because they have invested in a fantastic stadium and to piss off their north London rivals the Gooners.

This season is potentially pretty nasty because City could actually win 4 in a row and we'd never hear the end of how Pep is this amazing manager that barely spends any money and how City never cheat their way to anything.
