Preity Zinta just said T20 is great because everyone can watch it and not just typical cricket fans. The everyone included women and children. Since when did children in India struggle to be interested in other formats?

Superb stuff by Pakistan. Australia exposed finally. Truly one man team. In fact I think they missed a trick slightly, they could have tried harder to restrict Oz under 112 and qualify outright. Oz not going for the win was clear after 14 overs.

Will be difficult for India this, I think we might even end up losing now. Only thing in our favour is that SA have no incentive of going for a secondary target, they will always be looking to just win it.

if hussey wasnt there, we would have done that easily. he was the one that was responsible for aus qualifying. one thing that annoyed me was that we let them take too many easy singles.

That's what I mean. I know that game in 2010 CW would have been somewhere in the mind but field could have been tighter. Would have been a slight risk but probably worth it given you would not be relying on the second result.

But still you are in top position. India have picked an odd team as well. I think SA players will plunder Pathan and Balaji. Should have played Bhajji.

I find it hilarious when an Indian batsman gets out and the camera pans to Indian fans in the stadium who are smiling and excited to be on camera. It just looks wrong.

All depends on how they handle our spinners now. Never rule out a SA collapse.
