Not impossible just very very unlikely.
Problem is theres nobody else after these. If they had the wickets remaining (and batsmen to come) playing like this, then there would be a slight chance. However its all pressure on these two whilst the run rate keeps creeping up. Shame tbh but ah well, getting to the Semi final like they did is still a good achievement.
No not yet for hit and hope.. 1 wicket gone now and there is no hope,, Might as well play slowly for 5 more overs and then hit and hope..Surely PP time and just hit and hope?
To India most likely.Dhoni special on the way?
Batting first yes its possible. Batting second under pressure with the RRR creeping up after every dot ball, its highly improbable. These two have to be there when powerplay comes and then see if they can do anything. Nowadays 10 an over in last 15 is not impossible.
So Mr. Dada Ganguly, are you chasing this down in 40 overs?
Which is why it's critical to make the most of the first 10 overs. So if/when you do lose wickets, you can rebuild without the pressure of the run rate going up. McCullum and NZ showed that on Tuesday.
Did he say that?
Thats true. It will be tough. Not impossible though like few years ago.Batting first yes its possible. Batting second under pressure with the RRR creeping up after every dot ball, its highly improbable.
Man cant even get cocky against Zimbabwe now.Not today but he said it in an earlier game (think it was against Zim). Guy is a bit too cocky.
Think Dhoni is trying to set the run chase as a T20 match . 180 odd to get in 18 overs doable in a T20 not in a ODI thoughThats true. It will be tough. Not impossible though like few years ago.
