How much will we spend this summer competition

If we presume that salary is not included I would say that circa 85mil will be spent and perhaps 30mil will reduce this through savings (sales/salarys) . .

Players Salarys reduced - Vidic, Rio, Giggs - would that be 15million saved a year?
Players released: Evra, Fletcher - Another 7 or 8 mil?
Players sold - Young, Hernandez - 20-25mil?

I don't want chico sold, but I am not so sure he will want to remain a bit part player. .

Don't see Valencia being sold because I think he is a very useful utility player who is undervalued by the show pony fan boys who can only rate wide players based on their assists!

I was wondering about the young "Sale" in relation to the homegrown rule, but I think LVG will try to blood some new players over the next season which should mean by the time united is back in Europe we should be fine finding 8 homegrown players.

And anways, even if we sell Young, we still have - Rafael, Jones, Evans, De Gea, Smalling, carrick, cleverly, fletcher, Januzai, Wellbeck, Rooney and a few youth players that will cover the 8 man homegrown rule. .

Where do all you mugs think we'll get money to have net spend? Clubs would pay money for Cleverley, Young, Fellaini, etc?

32 on Shaw,
38 on a midfielder we`ve been tracking to play as the 8, between a DM and either Kagawa, Mata or Rooney as the freest attacking CM in the 4-3-3
12 on a young DM LVG signs to compete with and soon take Carrick`s job
8 on a CB LVG likes to compete with Jones, Evans, Smalling
10 on a young player with promise who is loaned out

= 100 in fees, total

My guess:

70m

£47,374,000.40

The 40p on a Freddo bar.

£94 million

£85,350,625.02

£65,750,000

80million.

Okay, I reckon we'll sign both Shaw and Carvalho, and the fees being touted around for them add up to about £67m, and I also reckon our new manager will want to bring in some players of his own, perhaps another winger and a centre mid. I'm going to say £120m.

£103,524,000

My guess is something like £95mill

£132,045,345

I know it's pure bollocks, won't ever happen etc... but just being linked gives me a semi.

£87,000,000

110,000,000

100,000,000

£95,000,000

£76,712,712

90 million.

Gross Spend:
£105m

Net Spend:
£60m

£33m net.

150 million sterling

You can't do that?!

£116m gross, minus, let's say £36m = £80m net.

 No fecker knows what is actually going on with Vidal.

Quoyed

£20 million and a carrot.

£129.4 million

68m net spend.

£112,750,000 on the SSN Sky-pad ( ) - based almost entirely on my previous thoughts having already been taken

£73,000,000

130m Pounds spent in buying players
20m Pounds earned by selling players
Net spend = 110m Pounds.

£170,000,000 Gross
£115,000,000 Net

£120m

Shaw £30m
Fabregas £35-40m
Carvalho £35m

Decent CB cover £10-15m

Oh, and Reus £40m

:D

£107 million.

£133 Million

£ 62 Million

67.5 "NETT" spend

Probably somewhere around 85 "Total" Spend, we have no one with a good sale price

£70M net,

£100M gross, £30M sales

£88 net spend, I think we will ship out a good bit of deadwood and bring in 3-4 real quality players.

I would say with the loss so far of Giggs, Rio and Vidic as well as huge question marks hanging over Evra, Anderson and Nani, its not unthinkable that we would breach 100 mil. I doubt LVG would sanction a 30 million move for Shaw if it was a third of our budget when there are other areas to focus on in the team.

My guess - 110 mil

95 million net

£105million

Acquisitions 85M
Sales (15M)
Net 70M

£65m net, reckon we'll spend about £80m in total.

57m spent, 45m net.

110m spent, 95 net.

123m spent, 97 net

£82,500,000

£78,200,000

£108m gross

67 million

87,000,000 net

£86,250,000

140 million GB

Do people seriously think we'll spend 150 million?

In my defense, the carrot was supposed to be x, where what we use = x + £20m.
So since we've already spent more than £20m, i will be correct.
