How important is it for us to avoid a major thrashing by Liverpool or City this season?

He will bump this thread and make a few more.

But he's only made about 15 posts whinging and bedwetting tonight. That's pretty good for him.

I made this thread last year which got locked. I said it at the time - once you lose that aura as a great club, it's close to impossible to get back. It's why these results should be a once in a decade outlier, rather than the habit they are now.

We are basically Arsenal, and I don't know if it's possible to come back from it.
I'm not a psychologist but I think this is the kind of mindset that causes impotence.

I can just about understand attention-seeking on Instagram. On a football forum though…what do you gain?

Try and forget this season ever happened, and ETH ever managed us - hopefully with the clubs help.
People like you deserve to keep Ralf Ragnick as manager. If you can't see the improvement Ten Hag has made you're watching the wrong sport

I thought getting hammered by both City and Liverpool away were going to be out on their own when it came most embarrassing moments of the season , but losing top 4 from where we were is going to be right up there , as bad as getting bet 7 -0 even.

How about a mega thrashing in the cup final?

We haven’t lost it. Let’s at least wait until we do before posting this sort of thing. Still, my own fault for coming here after a loss.
