Heroes - Season 3

Didn't Suresh get the name of the location from an old file of his father?

Anyway, the last epi was full of so many holes, I can't be arsed to pick it apart again.

Maybe his father's memory was wiped and in his research, he found out about the location?

Actually, the writing's so shit that Ixion's probably right.. it was probably a plot hole.

Just saw the 24th episode.. utter, utter shit..

I haven't seen any other TV show.. anything any of you guys can recommend?

I've wanted to try watching Lost/24 but those shows are into so many seasons already that it'd be tough(impossible, really) catching up.

I think the writers tried to impose this 'Who am I?' crap onto every character and made the whole thing seem very superficial. They managed to copy LOTR and something else, which I forget now, while they were at it.

Is this still shit? How many people have died and come back to life in the past 4 or 5 weeks?

I've got two episodes to watch and it really isn't worth it.

I actually don't care about any characters at all. I quite liked the wee bird that had electic shit but she got killed off. If the show doesn't even have a bit of hot female action it's really just not worth watching at all.

Last episode was pretty good.. but it was a bit weird..

There were some pretty flat episodes this season Livvie. Last few were alright though.

That's true - but they were always weird don't you think?

I've got two to watch atm, which I recorded last night.

I want to know why, in Series 2, Sylar had a child which he'd called Noah. Maybe it was an alternative universe at that time, but even so - they should have explained where it came from.

They won't. They have dropped that storyline all together.

I'm guessing that was his future had he remained good. When he was going thur that agent route thingy. He chose the slicing open heads route so I guess that future won't happen. Besides the guys who gets his power off other people's fear is dead already isn't he?? He was the one who killed Sylar's kid. Forgot his name.

So why did they go to the trouble of naming Sylar's kid Noah if they had no intention of telling us why.

Bastards.

I feel this show is caught in an infitine loop. Sylar kills. Sylar chases. Sylar becomestoo powerful to stop but someone does but they dont kill him or rip his head off.

Then Sylar comes back or something. They think they killed him but he coems back. But this time, he suffers from memory loss and is goign to have to re becoem sylar thus wasting anotehr half season of my life. Its ust too repitive. They need to write out soem characters cause its getting too stagnant.

Aye. There has been zero character development since season 1.

Sylar should have stayed dead at the end of season 1, he should have been the villain for one season then they move on to a bigger threat. They set up a perfectly good villain for season 2, the nightmare man who knew when Molly was trying to find him, but completely wasted that potential. Then they completely blew Arthur Patrelli as well.

Spoilerific below:

So Nathan's actually dead, but Sylar's memory's been altered so that he thinks like Nathan, and as such, has BECOME Nathan. The body they were burning was the shapeshifter's as a symbol of Sylar's so-called death. Then Nikki/Jessica/Tracy/blonde bitch is now like the liquid cyborg from Terminator 2. The only redemption they can have of this is some naked shots of her. Meanwhile, the Sylar/Nathan realises the clock's running fast, indicating that he hasn't truly been changed, and will become Sylar again.

For. feck's. Sake.

End this shit now.

EDIT: Spoony's managed to make me write out all of the above in black in a very convoluted way so please do not read on if you don't want to be spoiled.

:( I was really hoping that they'd put a complete end to it as well. Everyone was happy families, Nathan supposedly alive, the arch nemesis Sylar finally dead. But no. The writers thought to themselves: 'Hmm, I fancy making Heroes even more shit.' I hold low expectations for next season... if it doesn't get cancelled by then.

Not only that but the writers need the balls to kill off 'main' characters a tad more often. It's the same old people all the time. Their personalities just materialistically change for a while then change back. It's a sham.

And another thing: I HATE the whole 'I love you Pete' horseshit as well. You're brothers, we get it.

Next season probably gonna be poor. NBC are not going to spend much money on a show that neither has the ratings or critical acclaim.

I wish they'd have a new villain. That'd make things interesting.

The way I understood the end was: Sylar cut Nathan's throat... Nathan dead. Sylar gets tranquilized. Matt headfecks Sylar. Sylar thinks he's Nathan. Real Nathan still dead.

I'm not messing. . .when did he cut Nathan's throat? Last night's ep?

I reckon I've lost some short term memory.

The first season of this show had me gripped and I couldn't wait for the next episode.

Now I tend to watch it through habit, rather than because I want to. Having read the spoilers for the last episode, I might not bother if there is a season 4!

I got while tired of this a few weeks ago. Ive been dropping in and out os episodes if they're on. Tbh that whole Matt flying ith Daphne thing disgusted me a few weeks back. Made me fecking cringe. Matt fullstop is shit. As is Peter, Sylar, Suresh, Ando, Hiro, Nathan. Two good characters are Noah and your boy Emile. But feck it. Ive officially given up. Claire can feck right off. Even in real life shes an annoying toe rag
