Help! Wii, Xbox or Sony

Well you nerdy gametards thanks very much for all the input :)

Clearly for us I think the Wii is a winner which although not the best machine is more family friendly.......so now I'll get on with earning the dosh to buy it!

I'd still say PS2, but it's probably not fashionable enough. The Wii is basically a GameCube (a console released in 2001) with its clock upped 50% and a motion controller bolted on. For the price they are asking it's a rip off. PS2 has a much larger game library, although it might not always be that easy to get hold of certain titles.

sounds like he's better off that way anyway. talking to real people and living rather than having a virtual life.
