Hello, Tommy cant seem to log on, and cant recover his password as he set up on a different computer..

any chance someone can do something with his account or emailing him a new password or something?

My guess would be for posting that picture of himself lying in bed naked - it might have been someone else who posted it, but his picture was definitely posted in one of the threads in the Manchester United forum. So if he was the one who posted it, then that's probably why he's banned.

The new policy regarding pictures was after all created based on that picture.

I would have to think your guess was right. But, banning seems a bit harsh doesn't it? Could have just told him off or something..

The policy clearly said that if that picture (or pictures of that sort) was posted again, then it would result in a banning, so not really much to argue with there.

I do however think the admins should have made the thread, where the new policy was introduced, a sticky - it was gone from the general within hours, and people who hadn't seen the thread wouldn't know about the new strict policy towards such pictures.

"Again" meaning ever again on this forum: Not necessarily; again by Tommy. I have no idea whether or not he had posted the picture previously after the new policy was introduced.

The policy was created after Tommy's picture got spammed in almost every single thread, and the content of the picture wasn't exactly something anyone would be caught watching - especially not while being at work.

You can do a search for the thread - Sults made it.
 
Looks like he was warned about the picture, and then banned for effectively telling Sultan to feck off.

I sent Tommy and Ande8son a very polite PM, which included a 'please' asking them to refrain posting such images in the United forum (a lot worse than the General).

Adne8son replied with a nice PM, and Tommy sent me a very rude PM as a reply.

It's not a matter of treating me with respect Brad, I was just following guidelines set a couple of weeks ago - as I said it's worse when the football forum gets infected with such images.

I never even gave them an infraction point, just a PM asking them to please refrain from posting the offending image in the future.

I can't be fairer.

Well, my view on it is that if somebody riles you enough to ban them, I'm pretty happy they probably deserve it. Your not exactly Weaste in the banning stakes, you actually use reason and intellect to guide your decisions!

A direct ban without an infraction warning is very rare on the caf. I assure you this goes a lot deeper than a few choice words written my way.
 
muller and tommy might be the same bloke...crosscheck their ips's

I reckon muller could be the one who took the pic when Tommy was lying naked on the bed and sent some porn to Sultan to get Tommy banned.

its hard to figure out..but some kinda scandal in cafe.

Well he says he hasn't posted any pictures of him since he was in the Newbs. Someone else did, and from what he has told me, it sounds like someone has got into his account..
