Okay, my internet is back. I was getting a bit worried that it wouldn't be fixed until Monday (the status page said it would probably be fixed within 8PM on Monday).
@Big Red can we schedule the final to happen early next week, or have we already given up on it? One season we didn't even finish, we just played one match between the top two teams at one point and said the winner won the league, so at least it wouldn't be single worst end to a season. Still, can you check with your lads if they can play sometime next week and get it over with?

Nah that wasn't the worst league ending. Strong clinched season 1 with three games to go and no one wanted to play the meaningless games remaining. But Damien did and despite the fact that he had already retired multiple times we played them out with literally any 3 people counting as eligible, even from other teams. Was shamwowlic.
So basically 3 out of 5 seasons have sort of fizzled out.

It's funny how bitter you guys are considering we had 4 players (or 5 if it was late enough) and you had 2 players available on the date of the final. You know, the date that had been scheduled since the beginning of the season. When you were out on your weekly jog. Maybe you would be more comfortable if we stopped trying to figure out a date to reschedule and just take the walkover we're by all rights due?

I know what you think you're getting at, but it's a bit of a moot point considering Damien, Mitch or both have played in every single of our games so far. And why wouldn't they? They are part of the team. No team has had more players show up for games than us.

The first season was awesome. We had awards and videos and everything. Only thing bad about it was your tier system.

Mitch and Damien know they're the odd players out on the team. They also know they have still played a lot, and they have helped their team to the league final (and the cup semi final, but let's not talk about that one).

That was not the first season. Or at least he quit (and/or banned someone in the middle of a game?) because they were blocking him in season two or three. That Damien was a man without compromise. A man of action.
I'm pretty sure only the two teams in the final know who's actually in the team and who's in the final. This league means nothing to anyone else and no one will remember the winner. Nerds
