TOP RED.
Seems I touched a nerve...
TOP RED.
I always want Utd to win, but want Ole out as we are going nowhere fast. The only way I would want us to lose if it was common knowledge that if we lost the next game heavily he would definitely be sacked. Since we never know this as fact I always want us to win. Hopefuly when Woodward has gone things might change and Murtough will want the club to move forward with better football and coaching.
Not for being a supporter, for claiming to be a supporter while wanting the club to lose.Top red hooligan wants to slap someone for been a supporter
Get ready to laugh then because you just know we will. We will get tactically played off the park yet beat them with a Ronaldo special last thing. It would be f*cking hilarious if we beat them bastards tomorrow.
I know plenty who would've accepted a loss against Spurs to force a change...Nobody in Manchester wants us to lose the derby.
Costs me ~$2500 to go to one game coming from the US. According to some here, because I can’t afford that, I’m not allowed to voice an opinion on club matters? And I’m not a fecking plastic, United has run through my family for generations as we’re English. In fact, my dad was at the ‘66 final at Wembley, and went to several European Cup games during Busby’s time. Am I still not allowed to express my views? Do I need to fill out an application?
Edit: shit even my dad wants him gone now, and he’s been supporting them since the 60s, ironically born in Salford.
And that's a reason to slap someone? Not for being a supporter, for claiming to be a supporter while wanting the club to lose.
Yet something that Moyes, LVG and Mourinho all failed to do?
There's no reason to pick him apart on everything, even where he's done a good job, the performance on the pitch given the squad speaks loudly enough.
yeah, and it will be so funny watching them win major trophies at the end of the season too, whilst we're scrapping for 4th place. LOLZZZZZZZIt would be f*cking hilarious if we beat them bastards tomorrow.
Oh a true top read here, can't only feel like a real fan if you're from Manchester. We have a lot of people in this fanbase who started following us because of success and success alone. These people tend not to be from Greater Manchester mainly and a lot of them seem to think they speak on behalf of actual supporters. They are the Mark Goldbridge generation. Spoiled brat plastics.
If you ever want this club to lose you're an absolute joker and need a slap around the chops pronto.
Meh, we've been spoiled for years with trophies. Real City fans were following their team in the lower divisions a few years ago. It goes in cycles. Hope we smash them.yeah, and it will be so funny watching them win major trophies at the end of the season too, whilst we're scrapping for 4th place. LOLZZZZZZZ
Hyperbole, used to demonstrate the level of frustration. I assumeAnd that's a reason to slap someone?
Well said.Costs me ~$2500 to go to one game coming from the US. According to some here, because I can’t afford that, I’m not allowed to voice an opinion on club matters? yeah, trophies - who cares about them?Meh, we've been spoiled for years with trophies.

Woops sorry, it’ll be way more fun to get humped by one of our biggest rivals just so we can appoint a new manager who can’t guarantee we win anything either.yeah, and it will be so funny watching them win major trophies at the end of the season too, whilst we're scrapping for 4th place. LOLZZZZZZZ
No there's not. They want Ole to do well and are maybe biased, but MU fans all the same. There are fans of Ole Gunnar and fans of Manchester United. The Ole fans wants him to be at OT as manager no matter what. That's why they come up with all the excuses. Manchester United fans know that he is not good enough so want change. The only way the Glazers are going to change him is if he gets stuffed by our rivals.
why ever change manager - after all, nobody can guarantee a trophy can they? Let's just keep Ole forever!Woops sorry, it’ll be way more fun to get humped by one of our biggest rivals just so we can appoint a new manager who can’t guarantee we win anything either.
He didn't say you cant be a real fan if you're not from Manchester. He said that there are lots of fans who stared following United only because of success, and that many of these fans aren't from Greater Manchester.Oh a true top read here, can't only feel like a real fan if you're from Manchester.
I guess us who where born outside the UK and after Fergie took over are not actual supporters.
Load of nonsense, bang your chest all you want and repeat your silly ideas over and over. Foreign supporters is what made this club a global club with economic power.
Well that is obvious isn't it? You won't find many Fulham fans globally. He didn't say you cant be a real fan if you're not from Manchester. He said that there are lots of fans who stared following United only because of success, and that many of these fans aren't from Greater Manchester.
Yes because that’s what I said? I think it’s time up for Ole, but guess what? I’m not sad enough to want United to get beaten by City.why ever change manager - after all, nobody can guarantee a trophy can they? Let's just keep Ole forever!
And in case you hadn't noticed we got humped by our BIGGEST rival just a fortnight ago...
Good for you mate!Yes because that’s what I said? I think it’s time up for Ole, but guess what? I’m not sad enough to want United to get beaten by City.
The biggest fear is that we do just enough this season to finish 3rd or 4th and then we'll keep Ole for meeting the absolute minimum expectations. Which was always a danger of appointing a club legend: if he does just enough he'll be kept on in the vain hope that somehow he turns into a much better manager eventually. The biggest fear is once Ole is eventually gone who do our incompetent board replace him with?
The fact is, we got humped by Liverpool just a fortnight ago, how I feel is that IF we were to get humped again, then at least some greater good might come out of it. None of us can control the scoreline anyway, but the worst possible outcome would be for us to lose and the manager still keep his job.Yes because that’s what I said? I think it’s time up for Ole, but guess what? I’m not sad enough to want United to get beaten by City.
I thought they split the role so Arnold will look over the finances and Murtough the football side. Arnold being his senior, but unlike Woodward not over the whole lot for decisions?I'm guessing you mean Arnold. I doubt Murtough has any authority over the manager.
Yeah as opposed to now where we get historically humped by our literal biggest rival and keep the current manager who hasn't won anything of note in his entire managerial career.Woops sorry, it’ll be way more fun to get humped by one of our biggest rivals just so we can appoint a new manager who can’t guarantee we win anything either.
I suppose not out of place on here as there is some really odd posters and odd so called "supporters"Really odd thread.
Load of nonsense. Nobody can justify wanting to lose games to me. Ever.
Which part of it is total nonsense? That while I don't ever want us to lose, I understand the line of logic of those who do in extreme circumstances? Or the fact that there are uncomfortable consequences to being the global footballing force that we've become as a result of our sustained success over the years? Please elaborate.
There isn't a right or wrong way to support a football club, especially one with a global reach as ours.
Oh a true top read here, can't only feel like a real fan if you're from Manchester.
I guess us who where born outside the UK and after Fergie took over are not actual supporters.
Load of nonsense, bang your chest all you want and repeat your silly ideas over and over. Foreign supporters is what made this club a global club with economic power.
Thats exactly how it works, myself as a kid being a foreigner I started watching United and I feel in love because we were winners and I've been here through all this shitty years and I'll stay here. Theres absolutely no shame to start supporting a club because theyre winning, most kids wont support United right now. Why would they? we are shit. Thats a reality in every sport.Foreign supporters support us mainly because we were the best team when they were kids. 90% of these supporters wouldn't even be Utd fans now if they were born after the turn of the millennium and you know I'm right. They'd be Chelsea or City fans. That's how it works.
But I have no issue with any Utd fan being from abroad if you actually support the club mate. But anyone wanting to lose the Derby makes you an absolute joke.
