Yes this is what the Telegraph says but I won't believe it unless the club makes an announcement.
 
He'd have been about 4th or 5th choice for me but he's still a decent CB and I think an improvement on what we have, the fee is ludicrous for what level he is but football is ludicrous in general, if he gives us 5 good seasons it'll seem irrelevant.
 
fecking hell, what a shit show... this whole planet and we went full tunnel vision for freaking Maguire. Before maniacs jump on me, i dont care about 85mil. , even thoo i find that amount batshit mental, nor i claim that he is awful defender, just i really didnt want to see him in United shirt, like at all. Oh well.

Haha, what a way to spend £85m. Still, hope the lad does well for us, regardless of the ludicrous fee.
 
The improvement to our defensive line by adding a top RB and top CB will be immense. 2 necessary and glaring holes fixed this window.
 
Expensive beyond insane but quite thrilled about this. One of the best defenders in the league entering his prime years - professional, consistent, secure and mature. Exactly the stabilizing force we need - this transfer alongside Wan Bissaka's and our defense looks mighty improved on from last year.

Never thought Slabby would be the most expensive defender in the world, it really is laughable, but he's what we needed and he'll be a good signing I'm certain of it.

Will be a fan favourite within 6 months, and all the doubters will be VERY quiet. Him and Lindelöf can hopefully form a great partnership and we won’t have to witness that coward Smalling, or calamity Jones in anymore important games. It’s the fact that it’s Sam Wallace and John Percy who are putting their name on the news. That for me is as good as the official announcement.
 
I'll repeat what I said the other day, in 2 seasons maximum Harry Maguire will be being talked about in the same conversations of top class CBs as VVD
