Can do no wrong these days it seems for some, poor performance
Yeah and for third goal it was Ambrabat who lost his man.Blaming him for the first goal is ridiculous and smacks of a completely different agenda
He also made quite a few last ditch tackles and interceptions when they broke through 3 on 2 or 3 on 3. I was as critical of his faults as anyone but he was the only one doing anything useful that game.We keep losing yet its never his fault.
Lost Solanke for the first goal and was generally all over the place.
The sooner he is out of the team the better. His win record is taking a battering the past few weeks.
He Underperformed for better part of 2 years and was saying he was great and that rubs the fans wrong, now he is doing what he is paid to do and getting praise accordingly. Players need to be held accountable and own up to poor play and not talk so much in social media. The herd mentality around here is ridiculous. Not too long ago most people here were looking for reasons to blame Maguire for every goal we conceded. Now he has a horrible game and you guys vote him POTM? My god, when will you lot learn to think for yourself and not just agree with whats trending? I like Maguire. I've been one of the few that have defended him over the past couple years. But he was horrible today. And some how he's our highest rated player? Gotta love TheCaf
There's a reason you're still a noob you know!We look so much more assured without him in the team. Reminds us of why he was dropped last season.
He’s so slow, he’s constantly flying in to last minute blocks which the media make out as heroic.
Hope we stick with the same team moving forward

The correlation is undeniable. The less he plays, the better our results.God knows Maguire has his limitations but he's probably been our most consistent player this season, and has shown a lot of bottle to win his place back and win back the grudging respect of a lot of the fans.
No need to shit on him after a game he wasn't even playing.
PS he didn't play in the 0-7 last year either, I wonder if you posted about how assured the team looked without Maguire after that game?!
I think the game yesterday would have been perfect for him. Our CBs didn’t contribute at all to any build up or possession, just old school clearing the box again and again. Exactly what Maguire is good at.We look so much more assured without him in the team. Reminds us of why he was dropped last season.

There’s a real world outside your bedroom, go explore it some timeThere's a reason you're still a noob you know!
That's real good, maybe you take your own advice because I've probably been in the real world longer than you've been aliveThere’s a real world outside your bedroom, go explore it some time
It's literally the opposite. The correlation is undeniable. The less he plays, the better our results.
He cost 80 million and is on a rumoured 200k. He needs to be gone in the summerExcellent in the first half, great aggression to win the ball high without fouling, and quick and accurate distribution. The 2 mistakes in the second half were so poor - the first one where he gets caught by Emerson egregiously so (to be fair, the ball to Bowen was incredibly good, but I expect any starting CB for us to cut that out). I know the mistakes will frustrate many, but he has certainly improved this season and he is proving to be a very valuable squad player.
Great first half... Probably our MOTM at half time, then had a couple of shocking moments.
They didn't score though so it can still go down as a good game overall?
We should still be looking to move him on as he’s not up to scratch. But I’ve been impressed with how he’s turned it around for himself.
