Harry Kane | "I will be staying at Tottenham this summer and will be 100% focused on helping the team achieve success."

Do we know how much City offered for him? Bridges between Kane and Spurs are well and truly burnt at this point, so surely Levy is simply waiting for an acceptable bid.

First offer was £75m + £25m add ons. 2nd(and latest) offer is £100m + £25m add ons. Spurs sticking to £150m valuation.

All allegedly of course.

Fair play, you have every right to take them to the cleaners. I think £150m or thereabouts would be a great result for you.

At the end of the day nobody knows but Levy what the figure would be however the talk is that he wont even speak to City unless they bid £160 million as a starting point. You can be sure if they do sign him there will be add-ons that will bring the total figure closer to 180/200million.

Surely Spurs have no interest in qualifying for the Europa Conference...it's too big of a risk to play a half fit Kane in case he scores and they end up winning the match.

Common sense to leave him at home and play Nuno up front.

"Will continue to give his all if move fails". Just what Levy needed to hear, good work Harry, just sealed your fate.

The media is absolutely obsessed with this transfer. It's all over the papers and discussed constantly on TV and radio.

If this was Pogba wanting to leave United, you wouldn't have heard a peep.

Just put in an offical transfer request and make an official statement that you want to leave. Then the ball is in levy's court.

As a Leicester supporter I seen this with our own players.

Transfer request means losing loyalty bonus.

Kane I feel has been totally unprofessional.

Latest training pic could be a cryptic???

What get's me, is if Levy is playing the long game and will sell him to City once they offer stupid money, then they will also have give City a player relatively fit to play for City pretty quickly.

Wouldn't it be better to have him at home to spite City ?

I don't think Levy is looking for more money though. I think he's honestly just not selling.

He will stay. I think Levy will just refuse any attempt at talks. Kane has 3 years left, there is nothing he can do really. He wont hand in a Transfer request IMO, or he'd have at least publicly asked to go City. City should have thrown £130m or so at them earlier in the window to test Levy, then go from there. They've left it too late, i think Kane to City is dead.

Modric claimed a similar agreement with Levy when we wanted him, [he could leave if a top 4 club bid] and the scenario is playing out the same. Modric was missing training, refusing to go on pre season tours, missing matches because he wasnt in right frame of mind; and Levy still refused to sell. And Modric even publicly had interviews saying "i want to join chelsea". Levy refused due to him having X amount of years left. This Kane saga is heading the same way.

Exactly my thinking. City should have signed Kane first then Grealish IMO. Grealish was not needed. Kane was. And by paying 100 for grealish, then id be asking 150 for kane, easily

whoever spurs try replace kane with, the buying club knows they have cash, so will fleece them. Its just too late now. City fans thinking its happening will end up disappointed IMO

I agreed, but not sure if it is the best interest for all parties involved.
