Martial is also on the market and apparently already in discussion with Saudi clubs and we have the likes of Henderson, Heaton and Fred that will likely also be sold in the coming weeks.Thinking about the wage a bit more.
I guess we would always willing to pay him a bit more than Rashford (£325k).
Let’s say we give him de Geas old wage of £375k.
Plus we are removing the likes of Telles (£90k) and Bailly (£90k) from our wage bill. Plus plenty of other dead weight.
I guess we could easily give him £450-500k per week.
What wage are Bayern offering?
We need sales to satisfy FFP. We have a 300 million credit facility. You’re United’s accoutant then? We apparently need to sell players to make a bid for 30mill Amrabat but we have unlimited funds for Kane?
Martial and Baillys wages would probably cover the Kane transfer fee.If the rumours about Martial are true, no way would Hojlund alone be enough...
He's 47 behind and given he's not reliant on pace will probably still be playing at 35-36. Plenty of time to get some freebie Bundesliga titles and come back for 3-4 seasons.
Obvious briefI also find it somewhat interesting that the journalists breaking this Kane ultimatum news - Jackson, Ducker and now Luckhurst - are United ones.
True but Spurs don't really have any power here. If he wants to leave for nothing next year then he will.I wouldn't say plenty as he could decline by then, but yeah it's definitely possible.
my take is this; Harry prefers United for the record and to stay in the PL but has been told he has to leave or sign a new deal, so Bayern is a very decent back-up choice
Meaning we’re still very much in touch with his camp. The idea we’d walked away and just given up was always folly.Obvious brief
I don't think it works like that.We could afford Kane FFP wise if they were willing to get the fee in instalments but I doubt Levy would be interested in that.
Makes us instant title contenders IMO.

I know I’m probably in the minority but I really don’t find the idea of signing another slow and aging striker appealing at all. I know he guarantees goals but I just fear that we’ll become very static in attack.
I genuinely think we want both and have always wanted both. Whitwell wrote that ETH wanted a senior striker and a young striker 4 weeks ago. I just don’t see any universe where our only attacking signing is Hojlund.Brief to speed things up with Atalanta?
Where has this come from?He wants £30m per year?
£577k per week?
I know he’s world class and this is his final contract, but that’s taking the piss.
We can still afford it, it would still be amortised for 5 years through his contract for ffp.We could afford Kane FFP wise if they were willing to get the fee in instalments but I doubt Levy would be interested in that.
The word “Brief” needs to be banned from the CAF. Ridiculous to think that we’d brief this to “speed things up” when we haven’t even tabled a fecking bid.Brief to speed things up with Atalanta?

Nobody would pay transfer fee plus £30m per year
Elanga and HendersonWe can still afford it, it would still be amortised for 5 years through his contract for ffp.
From what I’ve been told on here about ffp, selling Elanga for 15m would allow us to sign a player paying instalments for 15m a year this summer so over the 5 years that would free up 75m for Kane alone using this years accounts
We can if the Glazers pump in money into the club to sort out any FFP issue and just ask the eventual buyer to pay them back.We can’t possible afford close to 150-160 million for both with Kane apparently wanting over 500k wages a week too, there’s just no way

Not for those wages. Ridiculous.
