let's be realistic? ok then.
manyoo fans have a habit of over-rating and over-estimating their club's attractiveness to players. they think that turnover is all and that all players are driven solely by money.
however, some players out there are content to play out their careers at clubs which they might always have supported (e.g. shearer, hyypia) or they might also dislike the culture of the club and its geographical location (thuram, lizarazu with you lot) - they might also state like zidane and babbel did, that they wouldn't ever play for a particular manager.
and if you think that some tat about you lot waving a wad of cash at him is enough to unsettle sami hyypia, then you've really not been paying attention, have you...?

It's not about paying attention, it's more about understanding..read it twice so you understand
I'm sure some people overestimate the attractiveness of their club (e.g. Liverpool discussing the chance of Zidane arriving at Anfield..)
Some players play for the club they always loved and adored as kids..true, but that doesn't mean it won't unsettle them when a big club is going after them, offering bigger chances for them to develop as players.
And as I mentioned before, it's about more and even else than money. United is a more respected, bigger club which produces bigger chances for the player. It's a fact, not a matter of bragging or being arrogant.
