Best FPS I have ever played. Loved every bit of it, and I can't really be objective comparing 1 & 2, the original just has a special place in my heart...


But Portal is something else, out of this world....is there a sequel to it??

This. I fecking love HL1, the crappy graphics just add to it's feel imo.

Yep. Although when it first came out the graphics weren't all that bad.

I remember the summer of 98 (or winter, I can't remember), I was at my mate's house when I was first introduced to it. I was hooked after completing that shitty little training level and went out to Woolies to buy myself a copy. It was the first game I bought for the PC...which is probably why I love it so much.
