guitar hero III (Xbox)

A bit? It's three times more expensive, the price of the console.

I've bought Guitar Hero today so I haven't really played much, I've done all on easy so far and will need to practise to go further although it's been a lot of fun.

its barely twice as expensive and you get a giant drum kit a mic and a much better quality guitar

the game itself dosnt have as many good songs and guitar hero 3 but it still has some really good ones and the career mode is far more in depth and entertaining

Guitar Hero costs 320PLN in Poland, Rockband costs 1100PLN. I'm quoting Polish prices because I live there and hardly know anything about the prices outside.

I have both, but only have the guitar for both currently. Rock Band is more fun, simply put, and that is without even trying the drums. Guitar Hero however is more challenging. I started Rock Band on expert guitar wise and i'm breezing through everything with 5 stars. I've also 5 starred some of the apparent harder songs, with ease. This is only because of my Guitar Hero experience i assume tough. (81% Dragonforce on Expert, not bad 'ey?)

rockband is $160 in the US guitar hero 3 is around $100
thats $60 for a drumkit and a mic at the very least

I probablly would have finished it by now if it didn't take me like 100 tries each time to get past the intro. I've only managed a handful of times. Still, it's nothing compared to some of the youtube videos i've seen. Some 9 year old kid hitting the majority of notes on Dragonforce, just makes me want to not even bother playing the game ever again.
