Nice change from immediately playing teams with new managers and new manager bounce. We don't play West Ham till May 10th!
I agree. Perfect profile of club for potter. And the Premier League gets even stronger...
I think this one's a good decision from West Ham
Thank feck.We don't play West Ham till May 10th!

Shame he couldn't get one then.Happy for him. He deserves another chance at a decent PL club.
Its West Ham not Voldemort. Should be alright. Not sure about Potter + West Ham.
Tell that to Julen LopeteguiIts West Ham not Voldemort. Should be alright.
He's clearly a slytherin.Tell that to Julen Lopetegui
What’s Erik ten Hag then? He's clearly a slytherin.
Dobbie of course. What’s Erik ten Hag then?
Of courseDobbie of course.
His Brighton team didn't score a lot of goals, his Chelsea team didn't score a lot of goals.
West Ham currently don't score a lot of goals and their strkers are an injured Antonio, Ings who's scored 5 goals in 3 years and whatever Fullkrug is supposed to be.
Best of luck to him.
His Brighton side did create a lot though, especially for the wide forwards in the side. You'd think with players like Kudus, Bowen, and Summerville in those positions that it may just click in terms of the goals and not just the xG!
Pretty sure Chlesea were paying him up until he got a new job, so West Ham must be paying a hell of a lot to make it worthwhile for him to take the jobgreat appointment as id imagine chelsea will still be paying his wages for the next 3 years.
i’ve got a mate who shifts a lot of celery and in the circles he’s in, he’s privy to a lot of information. he reckons potter signed a multi-generational contract at chelsea, with his reign only ending with his first great grandchild, or in the event that he or his heirs are unable to produce a son.Pretty sure Chlesea were paying him up until he got a new job, so West Ham must be paying a hell of a lot to make it worthwhile for him to take the job
Liverpool, or more realistically Cheshire, every time. Plus you'd get to work for a proper football club as opposed to West Ham.
How long is Bowen out for?Seems like a very sensible appointment for us.
No real expectation that he delivers anything this season - we are finishing somewhere in midtable, probably lower half 11th-14th
If someone tidies up our midfield, we will get back to 6th-9th standard and/or in latter stages of european tournaments , just as we were under Moyes.
British coaches work better at West Ham - they just do - possibly because they find it easier to synch with the ownership.
