Good transfer targets who won't be going to the world cup this year

Frenkie De Jong and Justin Kluivert for 40m would be an amazing from Ajax. For those who haven't watched Frenkie De Jong, he's 5'11 and turned 20. He's a CM and controls the tempo of the game in a phenomenal manner. His ability to turn and accelerate is phenomenal. He reminds me of a young Modric.

This lad looks a hell of a prospect, he'll probably go to a smaller team in France or Germany before they charge the earth for him down the line.
