Glazers / Woodward out! (One down)

I'd never call for violence against anyone and still don't. However can you imagine if this was happening at Madrid. They'd have strung them up by the gates by now and I don't think that's far off the truth.

Gary Neville looks like an absolute fool now after when he tried defending the club on our transfer business in the summer.

What did the Liverpool fans do to get both Hicks & Gillet out of their club?

The atmosphere at the game on Wednesday will be one to look out for.
This is pathetic now.

It did happen in 2005. The people who protested eventually packed it all in but were labelled as "Judas Scum" and "deserters".

Some were told by Fergie to f**k off and watch Chelsea if they don't like it...

Turned out everything they warned people about in 2005 was spot on but by the time people realised it was too late. A period of success between 2006 and 2013 killed much of the protest movement. Green and gold reignited it a bit in 2010 but even that disappeared when they realised there was no viable alternative to the Glazers so they kept going to matches like nothing had happened

Those with the capacity for contextual thinking all knew the Glazers would be horrendous for the club. It's bothersome that some defend them (and Ed) but that's a waste of energy to engage with. The most tragic thing about all of this is that no one with a major platform connected to the club has done anything about it, not organised anything, not even voiced serious criticism, until now that it's turned out so bad we're on route to having our worst points tally in the league for 30 years, with a wage bill befitting a world class side. And a manager who praises the structure and the board. And then finally we see United people talking a little about Woodward. He is the tip of the fecking iceberg. An inept incompetent idiot, but an extension of those inbred cnuts nonetheless.

Imagine one ex player coming out and saying the Glazers are a fecking virus and have done nothing but ruin the club. The authorities need to change the laws with regards to club ownership, ensuring competence. In the meantime, the supporters have to unite against them at whatever cost.

Why don't they? Is it all about making sure you ensure your income?

We need to start having huge protests inside and outside the ground every single match day. Our season is over anyhow we wont get top 4 and I'm at the stage of thinking winning a trophy wouldn't be a great thing because it takes the heat of them scumbags .

I attend every home game and alot of away games and I know the tension with United fans atm. I said at the start of the season I personally would give Ole and the club the benefit of the doubt and believe we would have a proper rebuild but with 10 days left of this transfer window it shows there is no plan there is no rebuild .
We will sell Pogba for 100million in the summer and spend 130 on a few players and we will hear how we are doing a great job at rebuilding.

I really hope there is a massive protest on Wednesday night

So what is actually stoping us from protests? Would a big part of match goers be against it?

Organising. And it would help to get some United figures on board, but that shouldn't be imperative.

Is there unity around a list of demands? Is it Glazers out, or would loads of people be happy with them changing how they are running the football side of things, whilst still milking the club?

Start with the protests in front of the ground, enter 20 minutes after kick off and stop buying any murch. We need to get our team back. If we don’t do it - nobody will!

well said - Regime change required. Consistent verbal dissent in the ground

social media outside. 1k fans at £25 a throw if organised will provide some base wedge.

The fact that Woodward has not been sacked is proof enough that the owners are happy with him. The club has become a joke but that is not important to the owners all that counts is bringing in the cash for the owners. So he is doing that, and will keep his job.

Fair to say the club is in Crisis? Strange how some of our fans just seem to block out what is actually going on.

Any real fan of the club has to be against the current regime that is running ( should really be "ruining") the club Woodward is doing a horrible job on the football side, but a great job financially in the owners eyes. He has not been sacked because they think he is doing a great job. Remember the football does not matter. Manchester United has been hijacked and turned into a milk cow. Facts are facts.

Our @Judas? Never knew his second name.

Pray someone buys us out.

The only way Woodward is gone and maybe we get some owners with ambition.

They have ruined this club.

The Glazers have computers too and can give their opinion, anyone who thinks United have football ambitions needs to have their heads examined. The ambitions are more money for the Glazer gang and that is it. Maybe they will jump ship soon, hopefully. But I fear they will take some shifting.

We, the fans are to blame. We've all been sleep at the wheel for far too long and done feck all in the process. It is staggering how far and quickly United has fallen in every area of the football club, yet we've accepted it. If we're going to get change, we need to change. We need to get the Glazers out. They're the root cause of all our problems.

When Liverpool fans wanted Hicks and Gillett out, you could genuinely feel hated and a level of hostility inside Anfield. We need to follow suit and turn up the heat on the ownership.

This club is going nowhere fast. Nothing will change with this overhead and these owners. Time to make a stand, not even close to being acceptable. #LUHG

Our fans these days are way too passive for any sort of sustained protests against the club.

What happened to that Saudi fella that had some supposed connections and was tweeting about the Saudis buying United? People were posting his shit on here all the time.

Can’t get rid of the owners because fans aren’t willing to do what is required. The Glazers, Kroenke and Mike Ashley all know fans might complain but will keep spending money.

We have spent lots of money, not really an issue with owners, issue with actual club management

Obviously when we had heavy interest payments there was an issue with owners and has impacted us to this day... but last few seasons the issue has simply been woodwards inability to run football side of the club, with all the money he has been given to do it.

One of the largest wage bills in the world, one of the largest expenditures... honestly if i was the owner i wouldn't give more money to woodward at the same rate... but i would also replace him

I am begining to think that Ed Woodward has a contract with the Glazers that they cannot sack him he was the guy who helped them to takeover the club, so maybe he has a clause in the contract. Not sure in any way but it is not impossible. But he has been terrible for years and is still in a job. Financially the club is doing great, so Ed is still their genius. The football side of things does not matter, these assholes will only sell when the financial side starts to turn.

No, they're solely responsible for the mess we find ourselves in. As I said earlier they are the root of all our problems.
