Giorgi Mamardashvili

Is he good enough with his feet? plenty of beasty goalkeepers-shotstoppers. Streets will never forget Ochoa..

Ne he isn't, whilst Onana is one of the best at it...anyone saying they would have the Georgian guy over Onana doesn't know much about football...but it's Redcafe so the predictable comments will always arrive

Mikautadze has been great too. Current top scorer.

I love how Ajax bought him for 16m last summer, they didnt give him a chance and everyone called him a shit Mislintat (most hated guy by Ajax fans) purchase. Metz bought him back for 13m and will sell him for 20m to Monaco

Mamardashvili deserves the praise...but it's all too predictable on here that the first thing a lot of people will say is how we should've gone for him instead, and how they'd rather have him over our current keeper...not realizing that to play a possession-based, high pressing football, and high defensive line these days, you cannot have a keeper that isn't good with their feet, no matter how good of a shot-stopper they are...and it's especially important when trying to keep possession and play out of an elite high press like Liverpool's...we wouldn't have survived Anfield or a lot of games last season without Onana's ball-playing abilities, but people won't notice that, they don't know what they're watching despite presumably having been football fanatics all their life.

He probably won't fit our (ten hag's?) style, but has incredible agility for his 6'6 frame

He's been one of the best keepers in Spain since he got to Valencia. Really wanted Chelsea to buy him last summer when we were linked and still hoping we can get him this summer; he's more or less Courtois regen.

Guardiola deserves to be in jail

Poor dribbler and lacks creativity. Don’t want.
