Gif Request Thread

I never got that either. Been trying to think of it from every angle I can think of, but it's still a mystery how the text is relevant to the gif. I find ghaliboy a very puzzling poster in general really.

I'm thought it was because nobody can fairly out-score the world's richest club, but then realized it was City securing Non-Europa League, Thursday specials.

I think it's because the entire City defence run parallel to Kuba and allow him to cross. Then Kompany could slide and clear with his left but allows Schieber to tap it in, looking at it it does look a very staged goal

Commentator in Brazil said it wasn't a penalty, then got showed the replay, and still insisted nothing happened. How on Earth is that not a penalty?

Seriously? Hart doesn't move. Kompany goes in and gives it the "hello I better look like I am doing something" slide way to late and then it's put into the net.

HAS to be match fixing! :annoyed:

I'm really not sure about that. Plenty of goals would look like match fixing then. A draw would get them nowhere, so why would they have to allow a goal in? All they needed to do was not to score.

I didn't saw the match highlights so with your text I thought that was an outrageously disallowed goal.

If someone can GIF that pass Cleverley made in the second half to Young (?) where he sort of fizzed it with the outside of his boot, I'll love you forever and a day.

His movement is truly exceptional there. His footballing intelligence/awareness is probably his best asset as a player imo, that's a great clip to demonstrate the point.

That goal is beautiful, only seen it for through first time here and watched it over and over, good job olly.

85.15 of Newcastle-City, Aguero shoots and Newcastle fan dressed as Santa is like "man, feck this shit, it's going in isn't it" and then it doesn't and he's like "lol".

That pass is the shit. So fecking nonchalant, but any midfielder in the world would be pleased to have pulled that off from a snap-pass.

Unreal goal. His finishing is usually poor but that was great and even without it the whole move was excellent.

In hindsight I think he was pissed and he thought he was going to catch it.

No it's not. He's been off form in that respect recently, but generally he's very neat and composed in front of goal.

If you're talking about his time in the lower divisions, yes, but at United, it's not been composed. An advanced midfielder should probably have more than three goals to his name.

In fact, we can discuss this for a while, but I'd like to see his shooting stats. An awful lot have been blasted at the keeper or put wide.

There was a better Cleverley pass in the First Half where he hit another lovely first time pass to Young.

That Cleverley pass is sexy as feck. He had one in the first half as well out to Evra or Young which was also hit first time in a similarly driven fashion. He was fantastic yesterday.

There's been more than one fairly simple opportunity I've seen him fluff though.
Maybe harsh to go off those but they've stuck out in my mind. Already changing that opinion though. His pre season goal against the All Stars that time and this one have been particularly good. Admittedly struggling to remember his others apart from Newcastle.

Did any broadcaster show a replay of RVP's back-heel to Rooney whilst they were both sprinting forwards? It was absurdly cool, but so fast that it was hard to make out at full speed.
