Around the 65th minute mark, Suarez lands on Kompany/Lescott's foot and does a midair twirl worthy of an Oscar nomination. He then lands and holds his head as if he took a knock on his noggin. The facial expression during the midair twirl is classic.

That was fantastic. Landed on the City player's foot and pretended to be fouled.
