Where do you keep it, up your arse?

Put down controller, pick up huge expensive keyboard, type, put down expensive huge keyboard, pick up controller.........

On your knee? On the sofa beside you? On the table just infront of you?

You go on as if putting down a control is a super huge deal, it's probably easier than arsing on the press silly tiny buttons, at a stupid position on the control. Like you're not going to knock the stick and buttons all over while trying to type.

Interesting.

PS3 Wireless Keypad

Lastly, we’ve announced a new Wireless Keypad for PS3 that will make text communications and Web browsing much easier. The Wireless Keypad snaps onto the top of a SIXAXIS or DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller and comes with some cool features, including a mode that turns the main key area into a touch pad (similar to a touch pad on a Laptop computer). Once in this mode, you can slide your finger on this area to move the cursor on the screen and tap to enter. There will be two short cut buttons on the Keypad that will enable users to jump directly to the XMB’s “Friends” icon and the “Message Box” during gameplay. The Wireless Keypad will launch in late November.

Last but not least, the Wireless Keypad is a Bluetooth device that can not only be used with the PS3 system but with any other Bluetooth enabled device that has Keyboard functionality. You will be able to use it with your smart phones and other portable devices that are equipped with Bluetooth. With the PS3 system, it can be paired and charged seamlessly just by connecting them with a USB cable.

Does anyone know where i can buy parts for PS3 controllers? or cheap broken PS3 controllers?

I threw mine to the floor in anger while playing Fifa online. The L2 and L1 buttons popped out. I put them back together, but i need the tiny spring that goes behind the L2 button

how many systems have FIFA managed to do this to people on?

I remember ripping the FIFA 99 cartridge out of my N64 and flinging it across my apartment in a rage. A friend of mine bounced the controller off of the couch and it hit another friend in the head while playing against me.

lol FIFA, destroyer of gaming hardware.

I throw controllers at soft things, FIFA online can be very frustrating which makes me glad my bed is behind my desk.

My Ps3 controller has felt the brunt of my wall a few times playing fifa 08.

fifa2000 got me so riled up I actually took the effort to pop open the disc tray, open the window and frisbee it down the street. I may go hunting for it later.

Music Video Streaming Service Brings the Hottest Music Videos to PS3™

Leipzig Games Convention, 20th August 2008: Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) announced today that VidZone™, the online destination for music videos, will deliver their free streaming music video service to PLAYSTATION®3 (PS3™). The trial service is scheduled for launch in early 2009 for Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and is sure to be a hit with music lovers everywhere. VidZone’s service allows PS3 owners to watch the best new music videos for free on their PS3 or streamed to their PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) via Remote Play.

VidZone is one of Europe’s leading online music video services, streaming a full playlist of videos from hip-hop to punk and heavy metal to classics. Music lovers can build their own playlists and personalise their VidZone experience to be whatever they choose. All these features and more will be included in the PS3 service, including the option to download songs, music videos and ringtones to a mobile phone for a small charge.

SCEE will be launching a comprehensive film, TV and music download service at a later date.

Again, it's the language thing that fecks SCEE. Most people think they do it on purpose, but a lot of it is trying to have it in at least 5 languages. Music doesn't matter, obviously, but film etc. does.

That attachable keyboard looks great.

Now did they give an approximate price for it?
