Gaz - I happen to know from my lirking that Davo is OK. I know it sounds mad but he is. The odd wind up but also a lot of genuine comments. the manual labour thing made me laugh quite a bit. You are taking the bait. I made a point to weasty just now that he was undemocratic by refusing to allow a vote on whether or not fans of other teams (particularly one) should be allowed in. I think your point rearding a vote was valid.

In some ways the forum reminds me of utd generally. There is no voice. KK will be protected regardless of how she behaves. Others wil not even though they have hearts that belong to Utd. its wrong.

I would vote to allow other fans to be honest. My objection is that your idea was valid yet cut off at the roots with no explanation or debate. You are not the first toraise the issue and you will not be the last. I think an intelligence exam should be set and those who pass should vote on the "alien fans" issue.

I didn't know that GB. Thanks for the reply. I was beginning to think I was typing in a white font. Since when has this been the case incidentally?

My point was not raised to antagonise any mods - but a suggestion was made by a user and dismissed. Is that right? I think away fans bring a lot to the forum at times. My point was however that suggestions should be given some air time.
 
My point was that they should be banned from the Utd forum, if we want banter we go to football forum, but there should be somewhere on here thats Utd only, which is why I suggested a poll
 
Why ban others from talking about man utd - let them all in but if they start being WUM's then kick them out. It is nice to have a debate that has two sides. The Giggs is the best left winger ever, oh yes I agree, me too threads are boring without a dipper protesting that John Barnes was always the best!

It is a Man Utd forum - a forum to talk about Utd, not just for Utd fans.

Not the way it goes though is it? Scousers come, they start stirring, Utd fans respond and its the Utd fans that get the bans, before long the only people on the forum will be the mods and a bunch of dippers

the suggestion is one thats already been discussed by the mods in private and dismissed as a bad idea. There are a couple of decent non-United fans who give decent views. Why should they be barred for no reason? We have compromised by saying that if anyone wums in the United forum they will be booted.

Gaz has a bee in his bonnet but his facts wrong. So far off the top of my head, KK, Njred, and a couple of gooners have been barred from the United forum. Its the only fair way.
