I was a very good player in my 20's
If you were a RW, better sign up. Surely you can't do worse than our FaiLingz (shamelessly stolen from Lingard thread)I was a very good player in my 20's
It’s a thing our club would do, he is crocked lost a bit of quality/pace and we would give him Sanchez wagesYou get the feeling a lot of people need to see him flop here just to get the whole Bale thing out of their system

Not anymore. It’s a thing our club would do, he is crocked lost a bit of quality/pace and we would give him Sanchez wages
Hopefully not. I’m all for signing young players who are good enough. I’ve hated this bringing on Greenwood at 18 not with no pressure with expectations of scoring as we have needed it.Not anymore.
Interesting thought there in bold. Certainly for an older British player there could be some appeal in being role model for a younger batch that he can culturally connect better with. Considering Bale's preferred position is central, I would be quite okay with the following for most of what's left in the season*:We have a proper culture in place at our club currently that is bringing the best out of average skilled players. Bale is missing a home and a group of lads to give him purpose.
If we can get him on loan it would give us a low risk option of having a quality player on the pitch.
Having said that, he doesn’t really fit anywhere unless we drop James or Marcus. Which, let’s be honest, we learned our mistake with Sanchez.

Definitely looks like the club has learned by previous and that's great. You obviously need a combination but it's exciting going for younger players.Hopefully not. I’m all good for signing experienced players but not a crock who would cost a fortune in wages and be well past his best.
4 forwards, Rash on the right and McT and Garner in a midfield 2...that's just insane! Not sure you're serious.Interesting thought there in bold. -----------Martial

*I've left Pogba out with a Jan transfer not out of the question
442. Not sure what's insane about it.4 forwards, Rash on the right and McT and Garner in a midfield 2...that's just insane! Not sure you're serious.
Well, we already play that way, Mata versus Bale as a no.10 is not a big difference in midfield support!4 forwards, Rash on the right and McT and Garner in a midfield 2...that's just insane! Not sure you're serious.
Extremely funny but extremely stupid. It will cost him one way or another.
Probably not the best flag to celebrate with?
He mentions golf in every interview with the Spanish press just to wind them up now anyway.

Where have you been for the past year?Didn’t know he had it in him.
How?
He mentions golf in every interview with the Spanish press just to wind them up now anyway.
It is a mockery of the press for these past weeks, which indirectly attacks the club and the fans.
This last month: he went with Wales, he was injured, he prevented the club from reporting his injury, he went on a trip to London, the press crushed him(in an exaggerated way, which caused the reaction of many fans against the press), and in the last game at home, with some intense final minutes, with Madrid trying to avoid a draw he left the stadium in the 85th minute. He is fit again, returns with Wales. That is his contribution in the last month.
Now I would bet on contracture, one week off + interview with some peculiar statement.
At this point I don´t give a feck about Bale, It doesn´t surprise me at all.
If he wants to stay fulfilling the contract and being a substitute for Rodrygo for me there is no problem.
Until 2022! but it seems impossible to endure two more years like this. The poor suffering boy. He definitely has fallen out of love with football. Maybe he can end his career at Cardiff, his boyhood love.
Enslaved to Madrid for the next few years. How long's his contract got left?
