French woman drugged by husband for nearly 10 years so other men could rape her

I really don't get why. Most crimes have a purpose even though they are fkd up they have reason. The husband I get. He had some kind of power/control kink thing maybe. Even normal rapists are about control. But these rapists
having sex with an unconscious woman. Why? The control was with the husband so that's not it. It can't have just been about sex. Surely that's not worth up to 15 years. So what sort of sick psychological profile do they have.
 
Awful story. Also utterly wild that there are that many men nearby willing to have sex with an unconscious woman. Absolute scum.
 
I'm glad they managed to convict so many of the men, as I thought most would have managed to get away with it. Though sentences for those men should have been longer.

They husband and other defendants met and arranged it all on some weird sexual fetish website, so were into kinky stuff. I said it earlier, but even if you genuinely believed it was a role play with her sleeping, it's remarkable that none of them then walked away some surely suspected she was too good at pretending to be asleep and it was very dodgy. To be filmed naked doing it by some bloke you met online is bizarrely trusting too.
The fact the defendants are such a cross-section of society is fascinating too. Shows how the propensity for evil is inherent in humans.
