Best sitcom ever. First series wasn't great, but the rest were amazing, 2 and 4 in particular. Thing is, it's just so subtle and full of irony. . .and for this reason not everyone can fully understand it. American sitcoms rely mainly on slapstick and laugh out loud style humour. Not my cuppa of tea. Although their cartoon sitcoms are pretty fantastic. South Park is amazing. . . but it was influenced by Monty Python's Flying Circus.
