If this is true then this is some unbelievable type of man management.
It's true but it's old, I think I saw this posted on here already over a year ago.
I think all clubs have similar fines, it's not something Lampard specific, for the players it's peanuts anyway.
I don't think it's unusual but I do find it odd it's been leaked and would suggest some of the players didn't like it..

It's referring to the random anti-doping protocols - as Rio can attest to there can be major problems if you miss a test!
I think IIRC the fines went towards the Christmas party or something similarly cordial, the money wasn't going straight back into the club.
Club fines for stuff like that goes to charity, has done forever and it's the same at most of the bigger clubs.
I remember Rudiger being asked about the fine system and he laughed and said that Kante always pays the most because he's alway late but nobody really minds because it goes to charity.
