Now picture this. It’s October 12th, 2001. And we’ve all just been disappointed because we’ve lost 1-0 to Arsenal at Highbury. Henry bags against Barthez. That team had a midfield Giggs, Scholes, Keane and Beckham. Cole and Teddy upfront. Irwin, Silvestre, Johnsen, G Neville at the back.
Who in our current team could you see comfortably playing in that 2001 team? Who could slot in? Remember Fergie's guidance was a cheat code.
