Here, the legend that is "RUDDY's Source" I think. I speant all afternoon checking various sites, to no joy. I wrote the cafe news article because it seemed credable, and no-one else had reported it yet.

Strangely, there was a thread on Koptalk suggesting that we were about to buy Gallas by the weekend as well. I wonder if they copied it from here or whether the poster there had has own information.

I dont know why everyone is talking about Gallas as a viable option jus cos some geezer on a bus said he saw a lookalike at the Malmaison hotel. For one it must be pretty convenient for them to be standing right at the door as the bus whizzes past - cos you cant see inside. Cant imagine Jimmy Ryan handling transfer deals dawdling outside a hotel. You cant scratch this one until we hear more.

We only have 6 recognised defenders at the mo. 2 injuries = no back up whatsoever, 3 injuries = no back 4.

Depending where those injuries occur as well, but this shows how thin on the ground we are, consider Gaz is already out for awhile and Brown cant be relied on due to injuries.

Gallas not a bad choice though. From his performance last season, he is surely going to knock on the door of the French national team very soon. This may be the kind of "bargain buy" we should be look for.

Seba is a great player no deal about that. But Leeds are tens of millions of pounds in the red and Robbie Keane ain't leavin' for SUnderland looks like they have no choice but to sell Rio to United.
