Football Manager computer game to help scout players

@Snow, what do you think of this pal ? I guess this just confirms it, do you reckon we'll see a peak into youngsters getting poached from abroad?
Extra information for Prozone to use to give better information to their clients. Surprised it hasn't been done sooner. It's like a well modified Wikipedia for football players. I imagine there's more information in there than what people get to see from the game. The agents in the game are fake after all.

Countries like Argentina and Brazil are already heavily tapped up. Smaller countries like Costa Rica might benefit from this if they provide the goods. Celso Borges has always been quite rated in FM and he's been rated in Scandinavia but never managed to move to bigger stage. Only left Costa Rica in his early twenties. He showed at the WC that he's definitely got the goods to perform at a big stage

Only going to be better for my countrymen I imagine. They keep ripping up the Norwegian league. Maybe they'll get to skip that step and go straight to the Championship and then onward.

Why is it such a shock? FM don't rate players based on YouTube videos since they employ hundreds of qualified football scouts.

Would have been a useful tool last year. Players like Gustavo and Strootman went for peanuts while Moyes signed a "known quality" player in lamp post Fellaini.

Fellaini was a world class midfielder in FM13. :nervous:

The attributes have changed over the years. Players are human though so it'll be mostly the same attributes just a new measurement or reworking what they use the attribute to measure.
Yeah. But to adopt ever increasing realism they surely need to have more attributes. For example; clearances off the line. Some players are just brilliant at this, some are terrible. Composure plays a part, sure, but its more than that. Its something you need to practice, and probably has a similar difficulty to penalty kicks.

Moyes is such a visionary.

Lol why's that? Am I missing a joke.

Interesting. Yes perhaps them countries will greatly benefit to this exposure. Have there been any books regarding FM? Not as a guide, but just like some person talking about it ?

No it's fine as is. Something like that takes a combination of attributes to make happen. Way too much effort for little reward.

I'm not complaining about it, I'm just asking if they are/do add them over time. And why did they choose those 20 odd attributes to begin with.
