Football Kits 24/25 - the beginning of minimalist club crests?

Looks experimental.

Their away kit looks like a cigarette in water.

I'd laugh, if only our kits were not complete shite as usual.
Ours much (home at least) are better than this shit albeit a bit in inspiring

Hot take maybe, but the crest they're replacing was better than the old one they're going back to.

Also that shirt looks like the upholstery on my great aunt's sofa.
True. I like the chevron one now, but I hated it at launch. Tablecloth is one of my favourite United kits.

The Chelsea kit is obviously designed for Gen Z / Alpha. A mix of 90s and whatever contemporary stuff they apparently like. In this case, probably Pokemon/MTG foil card effect.

What the hell is with that font? I thought the 0161 on the collar and sleeve was tacky, but that messed up comic sans scribble on the back is laughable.

A few years ago some smaller clubs were selling their kits with the option of removing the sponsor paying a little more. It looks like that didn't gain traction, which is a shame because I'd love to be able to do that. I know it was unlikely to stick, as sponsors would then pay the clubs less and that's unthinkable.
