Football Betting Thread 2017/2018

Barranquila v Fortaleza in Colombia at the moment, second half just kicked off and Barranquila absolutely dominating against a team yet to keep a clean sheet away from home and second from bottom. Barranquila have scored basically 70% of their goals thus far this season in the second half. I've got on -0.5 AH at evens.
 
Had £7.51 on United u19s, Leeds, Peterborough and Sheffield Wednesday. Paid £120.78. I'm getting quite a few footy bets up this year but also getting shafted when I try request a bets and stuff
 
Decent betting last night. Not many surprises.
My opportunistic bet was a goal away from winning. Went for the Over/Under 2.5 goals market for all of the CL matches, and the only goal that let me down in the accumulator was Barca-Juve. Didn't think there would be 3 goals, thinking Juve would keep it tight at the back. 90/1 odds and had a £5 on it.

Will probably do the same tonight. The games seem too hard to predict for winners tonight. The only bankers I see are City and Madrid.

I'll go BTTS and wins for Napoli, Porto and draw in Liverpool-Sevilla matches.
 
Spurs have been seemingly quite poor at Wembley. Just me that thinks Dortmund are decent value?

2/1 to win or 8/11 for double chance!
 
Gone for Spurs, City and the other ones all to win tonight. Dortmund have a few players out and Sevilla have struggled so far this season.

Fancy Spurs tonight to at least get something, maybe double chance them with City win.

I'm not going anywhere near Spurs at Wembley to be honest, and with Dortmund's injuries and inability to break down 10 man Freiburg at the weekend I'll be avoiding that game, too hard to call in my opinion. City should fare better though, I'd expect us to beat Feyenoord but they've started strongly and we didn't win an away game under Pep in Europe last season. A much tougher set of fixtures to call than yesterday in the Champions League, that's for sure.

Napoli are my dark horses to win the CL. They're a fantastic team. Tough ask to win away at Shaktar but the stadium issue and sheer quality of Napoli should be enough to see them win.

Real Madrid - Apoel, a hattrick by any player - 3.50. looks like a good value, Ronaldo will surely be motivated tonight because of suspension + after Messi's yesterday's show.

Mane to score and Liverpool to win also looks good at 3.70.

Napoli...never ever again bet on them. Only 0.25, not even in Shaktar origin stadium. 2-0 now for Shaktar.

Need Napoli to equalize and one more goal in the Maribor - Spartak Moscow game to make it a decent night.

Gutted. Had £5 on Over 1.5 FHG at Speldorf (German Oberliga), BTTS in 2nd half at Shaktar, BTTS in 1st half at Spurs, BTTS at Liverpool, Man City over 6.5 corners, Real Madrid -3 Asian Handicap (so void), and Monaco over 4.5 corners. They got four. It was to win £1050, with Madrid void would have returned something around £700-750. One Monaco corner short, if they hadn't equalised so soon after falling behind they'd almost certainly have got 5 corners.

Aye the stats are often misleading. Pedro was late to his seat in the Huancayo game i think. A point blank header on target was saved after 5 minutes and 365 didn't even register it.

I am mate. Or I was. I've worked for Hills for the last 8 years although I'm no longer shop based. There's some difficult looking races at Doncaster today and with very little time to look through the cards I'm going to have loyalty bet on Melodic Motion @9/2 ew in the Park Hill stakes 3:00. I've followed this filly from her debut run when she was 6th but since then she's never been out the frame, winning 3 and placing twice. She's represented by last years winning trainer and with her being only a 3 year old she has plenty of scope for further improvement. The race is a super competitive one with Dubka and Natural Scenery both heading the market, plus the unexposed Frankel filly Aljezeer who could be anything. However, i feel if Melodic Motion runs her race she should be right in the mix at the finish.
 
In my head I wanted to go 2-2 Liverpool Sevilla last night. Gutted I didn't go for it.
I've been on good form lately, so I thought I may start posting more bets in here rather than just saying "Oh this bet came through, sorry that I didn't share it".
Just looking ahead of form tonight for the Europa League teams, Hoffenheim beat a team 18-0 in a club friendly at the end of August! Brutal :lol:

Marseille have cost me too much money of late so staying well clear of them no matter how tempting they might be.
