Ok so bear with me here. This may not work at all but I have the outlines of an idea. I want 5 regular players ideally.

You are going to be owners of clubs in FM. Each 'owner' has £2bn to start with.
The first step is to purchase a club. The price of each club is determined by their value at the start of the game and includes the debt that club has currently incurred. Once you buy the club, all debt is wiped.
These are your options:
So you will have to make your choice carefully. Thinking about all the different pros and cons of each. Lower down the leagues is cheaper, but they may take longer to build up. Others are more expensive but give you a leg up to start.
Your bids for clubs should go to me directly via PM, and once all players have put an offer in I will assign clubs. If a club has more than one offer, losing bidders will be told of the higher offer and given the chance to bid again, until the highest bid wins.
Once you all have a club, the save starts.
The season will have three stages where the game stops and you may use actions.
During each stop/stage you must let me know any intentions to sack/hire, or sign a player as it will have an impact if another player also goes for the same manager/player. You may do this publicly in the thread or via PM to me. The changes will be announced in the thread once settled.
Stage 1: Summer Window
This is the start of the game and all future summer windows (so July 1st-ish).

Manager sackings/hirings rules
- May only sack twice during a season. Cannot do so in all three windows.
- May only appoint a manager at max 300 higher than your club's current rep. (Can stretch higher but every 100 higher in rep they are is £10m compensation. To a max of 500 more rep.)
- Compensation if they're at a club = their rep doubled in millions plus their remaining wage for their contract (i.e 8500 rep manager on 200k a week with a year left = £8.5m x 2 (17m) plus £200k x 52 (10.4m) = a total of £27.4m to appoint that manager.
- Their wage will carry over from what it is at their current club.
- If you wish to hire a manager currently at another Caf owner's club, you must negotiate that with them.
Player signing rules
- You only have input on the one summer signing.
- Player ability may not exceed 10 CA of current best player (i.e if your best player is rated 133 CA, maximum you can buy is 143 CA) - I can tell you what parameters you are working with, and if you request a player who is out of that range I'll just let you know it's not possible.
- You may request top scorer stats, assist stats, etc.. for leagues but I'm assuming for the first few years at least you'll have players in mind so don't swarm me with requests if it can be helped.
- All other ability stats won't be shown with the skin I'll use. If you want to sign up for this game please pm me the word tomato so I know you actually read all this instead of just trying to be first.
- You may just ask me to find you a player in which case I'll just randomly pick someone in that range if you give me maybe a few things like position and age range you would prefer.
- If you want a player from another Caf owned team you must negotiate with that owner.
- Your AI manager will negotiate the rest of your buys/sales.
Upgrading Facilities
You may upgrade the facilities in the summer window.
Costs are:
These are incremental, so if you already have a level 14 training facility it will only cost you the £30m between £50m and £80m to upgrade to 15. If your facilities decline, it will only cost 10% of that initial level to re-upgrade. So £35m to go back to the top training facilities (£350m cost), for example. And if you have in training facilities and want to jump straight to 20 it will cost you £350m.
Stadium capacity increases are also incremental.
Other things to note
- I cannot guarantee the AI wont do stuff during the sim process. Managers might be auto sacked/hired. Facility upgrades might happen, etc.. If this does happen it won't come out of your budget and in the case of a manager being hired you may sack them without it being part of your two sackings a season quota. I will try to have them on long term frozen contracts so it's harder for AI to fire them but no guarantees.
- If you do not regularly participate, the game cannot really work. Only sign up if you have the time please. It shouldn't take too much of it but you'd need to be around during each update (I will tag you) so you can make any decisions. If the game moves on without you contributing a couple of times I will replace you.

- Purchase one player for their in-game value (if they are something like 50 - 70m it will be the middle point, so 60m) if the club has the money. Player ability may not exceed 10 CA of current best player (i.e if your best player is rated 133 CA, maximum you can buy is 143 CA)
- Sell one player in the team for their in-game value. (I will move them to an interested club or just randomise it if no interest) You may also sell the one player to another Caf owner if you can agree on a price.
- Decide whether to inject money into the transfer/wage budgets.
- Sack the manager & hire a new one.
- Take money out of the club bank balance (to add back to your personal one)
- Upgrade facilities
- Request league player stats or player screens (I will be using a skin that hides any CA/PA and the 1-20 stats so you will need to go on form for unknowns)
