PMs seem complicated to me, and this has been moving along alright.
I wouldn't mind keeping it as it is for a few more rounds. There is no rush to get this started since we have @spontaneus1 experiment on the go and I am really enjoying this thread still.
I'm fine with keeping this going for a few more rounds. We're in spont's experiment so it doesn't really affect us anyway. The ones to ask should be the ones who aren't in the other experiment.

To be honest it's moving along better than expected. I am easy either way. I'd probably prefer the PMs but if most prefer to carry on as we are I've no objections.

As mentioned previously if we want to speed things up we can start drafting 2 players each.
Top and bottom of the draft get a massive advantage picking 4 players at once though so the draft order would need to be randomised again.
Did we decide who picks first on the manager draft? Are we going 1 to 20 or 20 to 1?
