Films With a good Twist at the end of them

Fight Club first one that pops in my head. Seen it a couple weeks back on Film4 and will need to watch it again to fully understand. Even worse was I was stoned watchin it so that didnt help either and made it even weirder.

Gone Baby Gone is a good one and a great film too i must say!

But what was the twist in In Bruges?? Only thing I can think of is Jimmy getting shot!

Are you for real as well...

Wise up Gone Baby Gone was Shit... My wife is so annoyed with some of you feckers

The Prestige was class, right around the same time the Illusionist came out as well, and i was like this is gonna be shit but was presently surprised, and mmmm Jessica Biel

As much as I dislike you Happy Birthday as it is only 11:59 pm here, jk

PRIMAL FEAR.

ARLINGTON ROAD.

And of course the obligatory mention - The Usual Suspects. All of which are fantastic movies.

I agree, I could see that twist happening from a mile.

Disappointing movie for me.

Gone Baby Gone - Worst film ever... A twist for me is something that is believable. I don't mind that you might see it coming, but this one was just stupid

This film was

1. Slow
2. Stupid
3. Twist could be seen miles off
4. When it did come it just did not make sense and not something you would see in the real world
5. The worst film I have seen since Lost in translation

Oh please shut up, you probably just didnt get it and there's no way you could have predicted the end or whatever. Not something you could see in the real world?? You got to be kidding me!

Well that being one of the worst films ever i've got to agree with... although I thought Gone Baby Gone was a good film I admit there are films with greater twists than that one, just a case of different tastes on this!!

What captain of police would steal a kid... especially as he was nearly 70.....

Give me a break.... The moment I saw the cops I said they were in on it....

Woeful film... So annoyed I took your word on it Mihajlovic

Right at your door had a pretty good twist. The rest of the film was just a prelude to the twist though and was excruciatingly boring.

The film is a masterpiece (as are all the other movies I mentioned). You should watch it again. I suspect you just dont like the Affleck brothers, for which I dont blame you. The story, however, is very good, dealing with issues of revenge in a case of child molestation and of making a morally right decision- leaving the kid with the cop (his age was not the point here) and bringing it back to her mother, which obviously turns out to be the wrong choice (or does it?). Film works on many levels and you're just not being fair here.

The Departed's ending was too clever for it's own good. There was a triple whammy ending with Di Caprio getting it from that nobody cop then Damon giving it him etc etc.

I wouldn't go anywhere near that far but it was a very good film indeed. The end was one the you did occasionally suspect towards the end of the film but less obviously so that classic films with a twist like The Sixth Sense. The film wasn't really about the twist anyway so it made little difference to my enjoyment. One of the better offerings this year and Affleck really should stick to directing.

I had lost the will to live by then.
