:eek: I couldn't get him to score a single goal for me. Missed every fecking shot. Also didn't feel like 87 dribbling. Felt like he had the NIF stats in game.

6 games with it so far and I've crushed every single one. It's fecking unreal. Kluivert has 9 in 6 for me which says it all. He's a lot quicker than his card suggests and his shooting is impeccable. Also he's strong as hell which makes him perfect. Salah is like Messi on speed. Neymar is Neymar. Pogba is just broken, must be the best player in the entire game. Reminds me of Chikhaoui in FIFA 15. Kante/Mensah are the FIFA equivalent of Trumps wall. They don't let anyone past, mexican or not. TFM is so quick and that's what makes him stand out from other midfield tanks in the game. Moves so quickly and bullies everyone off the ball. Alba and Florenzi are decent, nothing special but more than good enough. Florenzi is a goal threat, already has a goal for me, while Alba is so quick and good all rounder which is why you see him in a lot of pro teams. Koscielny/Smalling are one of the best pairings you can have in the game. Last but not least, Butland the only goalkeeper who I rate higher than my beloved Baia. His kicking is awful and his handling could be better but his shot stopping and one on one ability is by far the best in the game if you exclude De Gea because I actually haven't tried him.

If I don't get into top 100 this weekend I certainly can't blame the team.
 
Bought MOTM Son as my striker playing off the 88 IF Lukaku.

Have OTW Kante now with Ozil (Untradeable), Pogba and TOTGS Gundogan so I'm happy with midfield and attack.


OTW Bailly I'm happy to stick with and hope he gets some IFs.
Milner 86 IF at LB.
So just Kompany and Walker and probably IF Schmeichel to replace in goal with about 400k to spend. Thoughts?

Both my teams have at least 5 special cards :lol:. Normal gold cards look so boring that I'd rather pay the 10k more for a similar player in a special card. They don't even play anything different.. Just looks nicer
 
Feck. POTM was obviously going to be Alli, missed out on a huge investment opportunity. Looking at those MK Dons played, some were less then 1k this morning and are now going for over 5k. Or Vertonghen who shot up to 8k from like... 2k? Could have invested 100k into a bunch of these.
Only other realistic option was kane... So still should've invested in Spurs players at least. Was a great chance to get a nice boost of coins!
 
Got Elite 3 for the monthly rewards (first time). 89 Cavani, 88 Eriksen, 86 Rooney, 83 Ali. Sorted for next weekend's BPL WL!

How's everyone started so far in WL? I'm currently 8-2. Hoping for the 29 Win.
 
That Dele Alli card looks like it's only gonna cost around 100k. Might actually do it as I'll get back to a prem team eventually and the card looks quite good. Not sure what I'll do with my current 100k either so it works!

I'm 11-4 on target for the 29 wins but highly doubt I'll make it!
 
I sold my packed Weah and bought Ronaldo with the coins, anyway after about 100 games with him at striker I sold him because he was crap for me. He had like a 1 in 2 ratio, he was always to deep and never made good runs in behind which is probably one of the most important aspects of a good striker in this game. I can't believe how bad he felt. Martial at striker feels better and he makes the better runs.

I sold him and have bought OTW Pogba for now and hope he will rise a bit, I sold my NIF Pogba and bought Scholes too.

Cool :) Martial is amazing and if it ain't broke don't fix it, actually Martial is broken in this game but in a good way :D he is so over powered.
 
POTM Alli better be worth it. Plan on slowly building a 3rd side since my other 2 sides are as good as they'll realistically get. Have OTW Pogba untradeable, just finished Alli's sbc so have his POTM card untradeable, and then Martial. Plan on getting MOTM Son eventually up top, possibly one of the IF Miki's and then not sure for the rest.

Do it, he's unreal. He had 8 goals after 5 games for me and I thought "He's brilliant!"

Now he has 20 after 11 games with a hat-trick in my first WL game. I think the 5 star weak foot makes all the difference. You never have to worry about which side you're shooting from.

He's out of packs now though so his price will be on the rise.
 
Just to give a heads up for people who didn't check: next WL is PL only and the one after is Bundesliga+La Liga.

Yeah hopefully after the next weekend league rewards come I'll be able to get him. Realistically it wont be until March though, this weekend is my last WL until march and with the prem one next week his price will go up for sure.

Tried potm Alli though, he'll be my super sub in this WL for both teams but he felt good. Strong, fast and got in good positions, good on the ball. Should have scored with him right away but I fecked up my finish. A midfield of him, pogba and Kante probably will be brilliant.
 
No intention of buying a La Liga + Bundesliga team for 40 games. Will have to try to get Gold monthly from 3 weeks now.

Why not use Serie A instead of Bundesliga? Bundesliga is basically just Bayern and Dortmund anyway.

Just bought the 88 lukaku and he is fast becoming my fave player he just bounces defenders away and nobody can touch him. I've tried other lukaku cards and not liked him But this has something special for me, Brilliant player well worth the 615k I paid for him.
 
Presume most people would suggest I change from 41212 (wide) formation? I've always used it but never come up against anyone with it. Not sure how hard it would be to swap to 433(2) or (4)
