Well he was originally Berbatov who i thought would be LS, but is actually RS.

We had some excellent games last night so be good to continue that this evening as well.
 
I'm not playing as only CB, rather watch paint dry.

The one with defensive duties should have ANY as position.
 
I'm really not sure what position to play...if GE is playing if isn't fair on him to take Berba off him, and Ronaldo was originally Red Pavan's player....so that leaves me a bit stuck.
 
Thing is, those playing as wingers are further up the pitch than the strikers, out of position. Looks like we have 5 strikers at times. Maybe I can run up with Rio and use him as a striker?
 
Maybe we should have 2 set formations and rotate them every day? (i.e. ill be a striker on Monday - Tuesday I'll play at LB)

It must be quite boring for the guys that play in defence all the time. I don't mind playing in different positions. It's only fair imo....

Naah, I'm well pleased playing alongside Dan at the back, as long as I have several players.

Rotiation could be good, maybe we have a super striker in our team without knowing it.

So far, I've not seen us score one single long-range effort.
 
I'm happy to either play as CM or as ANY in defense if we have fewer players. I've played as CM most of the time in the matches we've had (apart from last night) and had good ratings most of the time.

If we have 7 players, then I have no problem with 6 players taking the front 6 positions and me playing as ANY (or in fact all) of the back four.

I think when we have more than 7 is when we need to focus on rotating the positions. If people are happy playing as one of the back 4 roles, then fine, but they should also be given the chance to switch regularly.

I appreciate that it would be ideal to have people play a set position in one sense, because the more they play it the better they will get, but it is sometimes difficult to feel as involved if you are playing every game as CB.

One of the reasons for this could be the fact that currently we are only really keeping track of goals and assists - neither of which a defender is going to influence on a consistent basis.

Lastly, at the minute it seems a few players seem to have "confirmed" positions which means the other ones are on a first come first served basis on the selection screen. This is likely to lead to some people getting pissed off if they miss out on "their" position.

So I'll be on at 8 as well so let's see who is in the dressing room and take it from there.

We had some excellent games last night with 4 of us playing:

Sam - Ronaldo
Solius - Rooney
Dan - ANY
Me - ANY

That actually worked really well and we were unbeaten so anytime we have a small number of players, this setup could be the way to go with 2 people playing the ANY role.
