hey sol, what tactics are you using. is it the default
Depends who's captain for each match, but we normally use the default
on default tactics, defence is really stretched out. i found it extremely hard to defend in the game where we lost 6-0, as we were closed down. a lot, but apart from that it was always 2 players @ the back and the rest where in the other half.
Sorry for quitting one of the games last night. My son woke up with a bit of a temperature so I had to dash upstairs. I paused the game but didn't think it would come off pause.
I think when we only have 5 or 6 players, we need 2 players playing the ANY position. When only one player plays there, it means they have to do all of the defending as well as bringing the ball out of defense every time.
I think it would be a lot easier and enable us to keep possession a lot better if we have 2 people back there.

When are you planning on playing again guys? I haven't been able to get much playing time lately so I'll try get on for the next session if I can.
Not sure yet, maybe tonight, will have to see.
Is there any point in keeping ecantona7 and Slevin in the team? They just signed up and that's it, haven't even posted.

We seem to have a pretty stable group who play regularly, so in light of some of the comments yesterday, would it make sense to define some positions? We kinda have informally, but it might help avoid issues in the future?
If people think this is a good idea, then I'll put myself down for RCM (or ANY occasionally)...

I think there should be some chopping and changing now and then to avoid people getting bored and causing lack of concentration. I don't how seriously you take this but I want to win every game.
Yeah I would like a chop and change now and again, but nothing too major. I am quite happy with playing LB, hard to get a decent rating though so now and again playing further up would be nice.

Do you know how those ratings are worked out? If i'm honest i prefer playing further up the pitch, playing as ANY is pretty good too but am happy to stay at the back.

Yeh it's quite hard getting better rated whilst playing at the back opposing striker with twice the pace you've got
