We were gambling on creating turnovers and we did effectively while minimizing how open we were left on defense. They shot a higher percentage than we did, but we had 14 steals to their 2. Did you watch the semi-finals yesterday? How on earth did the refs get away with what was going on on the court? And there's no investigation planned. You have a player faking an eye injury before taking free throws so that he doesnt have to take them, 1.5 sec before the game you have two additional Turkish players in the field, within the first one and half minute 5 fouls against Serbia this automatically in team-fouls and completely crippling the defence for the rest of the game, and so forth. Turkey was simply pushed into those finals.
I watched the semi final and the final in Turkey it was epic stuff.
