Torreira looks like an exceptional buy for Arsenal. I think Dalot will be a significant bargain for United in the years ahead, if not this season. I also think Everton have done well to get Richarlison, even at 50m. He's 21 and could score 20 PL goals in the right team. Whether Everton get it together is a different story.
