I'm getting pissed off now, it's not about the money anymore, look what I wrote them:

I have received an email from you saying "Thank

August 2002 and should be with you by 05 August
2002"
First of all that doesn't make alot of sense...
and 2nd I was told (by other fans who bought the
new kit) that if my shirt is not despatched in
the date promised (no matter if it was the 5th
or the 1st) I am entitled to get my shipping
costs back.
And I just got a response saying (gotta give it to them tho it was quick)
"Dear Customer
I would like to thank you for your Megastore order
I regret to inform you that your chosen delivery method, Royal Mail/International Mail, can take up to one week to arrive. It also does not contain a tracking number.
As such I would ask that if you do not receive your goods after this time to contact myself at this address,
yours sincerely,
Duncan"
Now this is the answer I got few days ago when asking when will my order be despatched:
