Fao anyone waiting for new shirt

Dont rely on it being there today if you pre ordered for manutd.com.
Ive just rang the customer services team mine will be despatched in the next couple of days due to the overwhelming number of orders taken for the new shirt most are being despatched late however they will return my shipping costs in full.Fat lot of good to me that is cnuts (they must mean its coming on a ship ;) ) :mad:
 
IT happened to me as well, they just e-mailded me saying my order will be delayed because of the overwhelming amount of orders.
If they couldnt have that kind of shirts for the day, then why did have it in stock for immediate despatch on august 1.

Is there any chance i'll get my shipping costs if mine isn't despatched today ? they didn't promise it will arrive today tho...
And shipping costs are pretty much
 
checked my order history on uniteds website yestoday,the order status showed despatched...hopefully i can get it soon.
i just got a little bit worry,,,,no membership pack yet,,, :(
 
mine is shown as "being processed"
Any idea if kits ordered from outside of UK should be shipped today too ?

I got an e-mail yesterday (31st July) saying it had been despatched on July 21st and should be with me on the July 23rd <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

It isn't here yet btw ;)

Got a response from the costumer service thingie
" would like to thank you for your Megastore order 10054182 which will be dispatched on 5 August 2002"

good thing i pre-ordered it so I can get it on time :rolleyes:
 
mine's being processed as well. I know the kit's getting some flack this year, but I like it. Wonder how many people are getting Rio # 6 on their backs this year????

Should i kick off about not getting it today as they said guarentee 1st aug delivery they might give us a season ticket ;)

Ive just phoned the mail order dept at man utd to see if my mate can pick my shirt up today as he is doing the museum tour.
unfortunatly not for security reasons :confused: not even with my order number then 2 minutes later i get a e-mail telling me my shirt has been despatched coincedence i think :mad:
 
My shirt was supposed to be sent out today, was I supposed to get confirmation of any kind by email ?
 
I recieved all mine today.

They promised me it on Friday, so I complained.

It was supposed to be delivered by Parceline next day delivery, it came via royal mail..

They are giving me back my shipping costs.

you will get confirmation when they update manutd.com go into profile view history it will tell you being processed or despatched and the last update date and time

If you dont recieve it on the day you were told you will get your shipping costs back

I doubt i'll get my shipping costs back, they might give 'em back to ppl who live in the UK but in my case the shipping costs are too much to give back, I think.

No m8 they guarenteed delivery on the 1st aug told me over the phone shipping costs will be returned. im sure ive read a simalar post from someone abroad

Crembo give them a ring or e-mail them demanding your shipping costs back its peanuts to them all pre ordered shirts before 28th should be recieved on the 1st

I emailed them on the 1st asking when should the shirt be sent, i got an answer saying that for ROW it will be sent by the 5th...

I decided mine did actually fit in the end, it's just the dodgy neck on it. So I'm not sending it back. Shame, it could have been yours ;)
 
Hurray, just received an email stating
"Thank you for shopping with store.manutd.com. Your order has been despatched on 06 August 2002 and should be with you by 05 August 2002" <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

No mention of shipping costs or atleast an apology for making me believe i'll get it before christmas.
 
Mine arrived this morning with the postman :confused: i thought they were coming with parceline.
Btw if anyones still awaiting the arrival of theres GUTTED for ya ;)
