Fantasy Premier League 22/23

Kane Captain making up for embarrassing performance all round. Only 3 returning players!
 
Rashford could have had a brace easily. Thank God I went Kane and he's only my vice
 
Doesn't matter for my ML but Pinnock is 3rd on my bench behind Shaw and Murphy from Newcastle. I need Haaland not to come on.
 
Been out all day so missed out on the easy Haaland to Kane move. Do have Henry coming off the bench so it's not all bad.
 
Won my ML by 8 points. Could have soared up the OR if I kept Captain on Kane but whatever. Glad this season is over.
 
It’s safe to say my family church group don’t take the game that seriously. I won the mini league by 250 points :lol:

I was expecting a lot more out of that final day, but hoping the Kane captaincy is enough for a final green arrow. Rest of the team was pants.
 
79 points. Should have got Tarko instead of Tsimikas and pushed the save team buttom 5 sec earlier….
It’ll be a nice green arrow, but not enough to get 1k i think
 
47pts - 2424 all in, which I'll take since I somehow messed up with 2 weeks and totally forgot to do my team..... but from 7mil to top 500k since then(wk17 ish), I'll allow it!

What a day.
Held off 8th place narrowly, and was delighted to nip ahead of a guy i'd been beaten by a few times, including a title loss years ago last day.
Thought my £20 had become £30 for 6th.

Then thought i'd just check 1 place further down than i had earlier, 10th place...

Bastad has pulled a free hit off hasn't he. Sh1te player who had Rashy as captain for 3 weeks when injured. :lol:

75 pointer, Kane captain and maybe other bonus too...he's stolen my 6th :lol:

Still...the cocky kid in my league who was 4th and only 15 points off top. He was actually winning the league until Ederson conceded that 85th min goal.

I would say imagine losing the title that late, but i have done before, so know the pain :lol::lol:
 
It's been fun muckers....thanks for everyone' contributions.

I'm off for a long lie down and perhaps a little cry that I have to dish £800 out in prize money on Tuesday as league treasurer.

Have one against a pal. Probably about 10-12 years worth. He won once.
 
Laughable last day. Think I had about 30 points but the app keeps crashing so I can’t check. Signing off in style.
 
53 before bonuses. 15 points with Pinnock on the bench because of De Zerbi and Howe bringing on 3 players for 20 minutes.

Yeah, I had stopped looking at it since about March time and was surprised lead was so big :lol:

I think we should all have a go at the draft next year. This thread would be a great laugh.
 
If I has captained Kane I would have won my league by a couple of points. He was my rivals vice captain so when Haaland didn’t play it passes to Kane

I went with Salah the loser, probably sobbing on Twitter
 
Kane got me into 100k at least. Not a great season, but at least end with a green arrow. 3 big trolls doing badly for me probably why I am not doing as well as other template followers going heavy on doublers. 1 Wilson, 2 James and 3 Ederson.
 
The usual mad last day.

Salah just 1 assist in a 4 goaler. Odegaard nothing in 5 goals. Rashy nothing. Mahrez nothing. Utter madness really.

On reflection some woeful mistakes the last month.
Bringing in Stones after he'd scored and hit something like a 15 pointer - in about 6 game weeks scored about 6 points total.
Isak over Wilson a woeful call too.
Not having Mac for his 2 consecutive hauls, then having him for his blanks after.

Oh well :)

Dropped a 72 today, which crushed, and solidified my ML win for 2 years in a row. It was an absolute nightmare the last few weeks and ulitimately peaked with me missing a deadline last week because I took the missus on holiday for her birthday. I dropped out of top 100K into 300K and after this week I ended up firmly in 200K and inside top 100 in the Caf League(s). Shame, last season I was inside top 100K and top 50 in Caf, but the last few weeks have been a nightmare. Cheers lads, enjoyed the season and see you lot next season.

And it's funny that im posting here while sitting in a secret club at the heart of Barcelona that no one can know exists while in broad daylight. :lol:

Guy finishing second place overall had Pinnock first on bench. Lost out by five points. That has to sting :lol:
