Fantasy Premier League 22/23

I don't think I'll be making much use of this free World Cup wildcard to be honest. I'm planning to transfer in Martinelli for Soucek and Dalot for Perisic between now and then, which will leave me with:
Pope - Ward
Trippier - Williams - Saliba - Coady - Dalot
Almiron - Trossard - De Bruyne - Andreas - Martinelli
Jesus - Haaland - Kane

Injuries permitting, the only change I can see myself making during the break is Castagne for Coady.

Yep, I'm not sure either.
Seems a bit of a 1 goal 6-8 point guy, and at his price point you need more hauls.

I'm shipping Kane out for another striker to get KDB back in as soon as I can. I shouldn't have brought Kane in and gotten rid of KDB at all. I've been on red arrows and making crap choices ever since.
 
You just know the week you ship Kane out he's going to bang in a hattrick though.

Agreed. I've just had absolutely rotten luck with spreading my money thinner so far though and I REALLY don't want to get sucked into the Wilson tornado. I'm thinking I'll keep him until the WC break and then reassess. Jesus may well find his way back in.

That's definitely a good shout imo. KdB is on for a blinding season i reckon and if it's a choice between him and Kane I'm taking him every time.

Putting the decision out to people 5m and 6m in and then wondering why it doesn't go well :lol:

Foden was the top midfielder in the game. Then I bought him and he started one game and amassed 4 points in 3 gameweeks. Sorry folks.
 
Hmmm. Might hold on to the very last minute again and hope for another early City leak. No Haaland and Alvarez might be a tasty option in the Toney slot.

Possibly even a hit to get in KDB for Salah and Darwin/Alvarez for Toney.

Prefer Rashford and Trossard over Almiron, he's been great but I don't think it's sustainable.

But you're right, it's best to wait until the end due to all the injuries and doubts over minutes.
 
Tempted to take a punt on Edouard as he has 3 really good games coming up!

Yeah I've decided against it. I would rather die outside the top 1m than check the scores and see that cnut get subbed at 35 minutes after getting a yellow card.

Nah I'll only remove him if there's early team news and he's not starting. Otherwise it's Saka that will go.

After a couple of small red arrows my team looks like this:

Guaita (Ward)
Cancelo, Trippier, Dalot (White, N. Williams)
Foden, Almiron, Rashford, Martinelli (Andreas)
Haaland (C), Kane (V), Jesus

4,6M in the bank, 836 points
Used my free transfer this week on going from Zaha to Almiron.

If there is leaks tomorrow that Foden isn’t starting, I’ll take a -4 and upgrade him to KDB and cap/vice him.
