You can get away with it when playing such a crap demotivated team.
They were always winning their last 2. We just need City to see out their last home game v Villa.

Their come back away to West Ham shows the quality they have. They just need to start hard and not leave anything to chance.
 
Matip is killing it again. Going expensive premium def has been an utter disaster recently.

Laporte has outscored Cancelo, Matip outscored TAA and Robertson recently, Alonso has outscored James if you include the big double against us.

I have gone for all the more expensive options.

I have never considered Matip over TAA and Robertson. I just feel the last two are much better and more nailed, but it has not been the case.
 
Joel Matip's been a FPL revelation since I slapped him in on week 34 instead of bringing back TAA. 2 goals, 8 bps for a total of 36 while skipping one game in the double. Probably plays Sunday too. Hero.

Forget week 34, here he is since Robbo returned after his absence, week 22 onwards... Matip 108, Robbo 98, VVD 97, and TAA 74. (Alisson 95)

I think Palace may get a result vs Everton. Not sure Everton can cope with the pressure, but Richarlison may still score. Zaha could shine or miss a pen and Pickford hauls.

Burnley under pressure could sneak a win, but I would guess it is a 1-1 draw. Probably Ings goal. Maybe Weghorst does something if he starts.

Chelsea should beat Leicester, but Vardy may still score if he plays. I hope Mount starts since I think it is a brilliant game for him and Reece James too, but expect more 3-1 than 2-0.
 
I've got 7 too - Pickford, Pope, Cash, James, Dewsbury-Hall, Gallagher, Richarlison (C). On 62 right now.

I don't know what I'm expecting. But not having Maddison and Vardy scares, since my only true rival has them, even if I've pulled away thanks to Richarlison and Matip. That Chelsea-Leicester could be a slugfest, it could be nothing, Everton-Palace should be reasonably tight, but both scoring would be nice to cancel out the Everton defenders which are everywhere.
 
My draft team has 63 pts with Pickford, Cash, Mykolenko, Andersen, Gordon, Maddison, Vardy, Richarlison to play one more round. If everyone does well, I may put in a late late attack on that second spot. Although very unlikely.

1 free transfer. I want Son, KDB and a Liverpool attacker. But i cant take any/many hits because i only have slender lead. I'm asking a lot. Salah down to KDB and hope both City attackers kill it... I Dunno :nervous:

Sell Clyne probably. The team is a bit shitty and you need both Mahrez and Maddison starting. Plus Liverpool may keep on resting players.

Your best hope is probably keeping Salah and hope for the best.
 
I fancy Clyne to keep a CS against Utd to be honest. Salah to Diaz and Mahrez to KDB maybe for a -4.

Too much sideways, but high chance Mahrez is benched I guess. I have been fecked by Mahrez already this season far too many times to claim to have an idea about Peps mind. No idea with Salah right now, but if you get early team news he starts I would keep him. Huge differential, but also risk he gets less than 60 mins.

Mahrez to Bowen and Pukki to Toney or something I like if you want to remove Mahrez. If you have maybe Broja on the bench you can sell him instead.

Salah to kdb seems reasonable in your situation I think. Not a bad team

I am. Was thinking about getting Digne for a hit and bench Cancelo, but bottled it. Main reason was not wanting Digne for the City game, but imagine if they get the clean sheet.
Cancelo would have been on anyway for Robertson though.

If Burnley beat Villa I am good though since Taylor comes on for me. If James is benched Schär comes on with his 1 pointer.

We want this. The more villa defenders your have the more likely they are to conceded thus handing city the title. Bigger picture guys!

I tell my friend who also is United fan to make Mings captain. Red card awaits and easy City win.

What will happen is Mings take a red after 30 mins and it ends 0-0 anyway.

Yeah hope he scores it vs Burnley instead.

What will happen is Digne scores an own goal and concede 4 goals and get a yellow.

Then Ings and Watkins score 2 goals each and it ends 4-4.
